If you are looking for a b&b without too many pretensions, convenient to Termini Station and the metro, this property is for you. However, you need to have a spirit of adaptation and not too many demands because the b&b is located on the third floor without a lift in a very dated and neglected building. The room assigned to us was quite large, the bed was very comfortable and there was also the possibility of choosing the pillow, too bad that the second one was inside a wardrobe without a bag or something to protect it from dust. Bathroom products are not included and another sore point is that there is no bidet. It would be a good idea, given the lack of space, to equip the toilet with a shower head, in order to make up for the lack of a bidet, but it is also true that most are foreigners and the bidet seems to be an Italian luxury. There was also no shelf or something to place the beauty case on. Overall the cleanliness was sufficient, a pity about some non-negligible details, such as the shower head supported by clamps, limescale and rust throughout the bathroom, and the lack of a shower mat, sufficient electrical sockets. The building, not being new, is not soundproofed at all and although the windows appear to be more recent, they let all external noises pass through, impossible to filter, also due to the balcony which did not close because it was broken or in any case not fully functional. Even the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear the other tenants coming in at every possible hour, hearing them chatting, and to top it off, our last night was spent hearing the baby in the next room crying desperately. Unfortunately, despite the various positive reviews that pushed us to choose the structure, the attractive price and the location do not allow me to recommend this structure to those who want to stay in Rome and are used to another type of structure.
