This B&B is located in a convenient location and is clean! Everything in the room was in good condition. The best part was that the owner/contact person was super friendly and helpful. He would reply to my messages right away or would call (via whatsapp). I definitely recommend this if you are looking for a lowkey stay in the heart of Rome. Its close to metro stations, and all the tourist attractions (Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc.) is within 30-40 minute walk. There's many cute little restaurants around and although it is a busier part of Rome, its super quiet at night. They offer coffee and little breakfast pastries/cookies which is perfect if you are always on the go. They have a little table and a section in the refrigerator which they put a juice and milk and yogurt for the guests. Truly a wonderful stay!

Stayed two night due to the proximity to Popolo Plaza. It's a couple of mts away from the Popolo Plaza square and Euro 50 by cab from FCU Airport. Hotels around this area was quite pricy. Hence I opted this property and was not disappointed. Rooms are basic but neat and clean. Shower area is also maintained cleanly. There were few snacks and coffee available in th3 dining room. Aircon was working well. Room had a small TV with all Italian channels. It's located in a building on the ground floor with a small signage. Upon arrival it was little difficult to notice the property, however after a couple of mts I found. The owner and his wife were very friendly and supportive. It's a basic property but spotlessly clean and free from any frills. Housekeeping cleaned the room the next day, appreciated. Beds were comfortable. The property is like Euro 180 per night, little pricy for a B & B. However no much options around. Only issue what I had is th3noise from the nearby room, late night (2am) the lady was talking loud on the phone and the TV was also loud. Had slight issues with internet a night, but was resolves the next day.

Ubicazione strategica per visitare Roma , ottima posizione su questo nulla da ridire . Per quanto riguarda il BB Prese non funzionanti per caricare i telefoni . Doccia che l'acqua usciva a gocce bassa pressione , come se mancasse l'acqua . Colazione con merendine supermarket nulla di che deludente . Pulizia non il massimo , per chi vuole visitare Roma e va solo dormire la sera va più che bene .

La stanza che ci è stata data non corrispondeva a quella vista nelle foto. Abbiamo alloggiato in una struttura vetusta e poco curata. Nella camera c'erano ragnatele sul muro e molti insetti nel bagno, i muri erano sporchi. Inoltre l' Assenza di insonorizzazione, le prese elettriche non funzionanti così come alcune lampadine, hanno reso poco confortevole il soggiorno Fortunatamente il Letto e i cuscini sono stati molto comodi . Il gestore, sentito solo telefonicamente e via messaggio, è stato disponibile e gentile

Struttura eccellente situata in zona strategica con accoglienza, pulizia e servizi impeccabili. Stanze dotate di aria condizionata, servizio colazione con tutti i confort e possibilità di utilizzare il frigorifero. La zona é a due passi da Piazza del Popolo, servita dalla fermata della metropolitana.
