Convenient location near public transportation and attractions. Friendly, accommodating staff. However, noisy rooms with poor sound insulation and uncomfortable pillows and mattresses.

Warning.. Do not go here. The people were extremely rude and the place was filthy when we got there. Nothing worked like warm water, water pressure, the doors couldnt lock, the elevator didnt work and everything was garbage. The beds squeeked all night and one of them even broke. Also the windows are horrible and can hear cars, bikes and trains all night as if the windows were open. The worst part was anything you asked the manager she ignored you and only wanted to hear herself talk. Ive been in hundreds of hotels hostels etc and this was by far the worst. I do not recommed this to anyone and feel free to see for yourself and have an unpleasant stay.

Reasonably well located rooms for the night. This is not really a B&B as such and to make a stay here work I would: Have a reasonable expectation of the price paid for the location. The rooms are basic, the beds average and the shower is tiny, but ths property got the basics right for the price. If you need more than these basics you might have to up the budget these days. Have a clear plan for check in and check out. This seems to be an issue at times. Flight and trains get delayed etc and the check in process seems very time constrained. Work out the check in/check out times required as best as you can and this should be ok. Sort out the city tax as soon as you can on arrival so this is also put to bed and out of the way Make use of the 46 bus especially in the heat. A walk back from St. Peters is 15-20 minutes but a lot of it is uphill and it's best to research bus 46, as this bus can bring you down through the heart of the city for Piazza Navona, Trevi fountain and stops at the Vittorio Emmanuele monument. Near the bus stop at St. Peters there are some very good, reasonable places to eat, Pizza Zizza, Bono Panini bar and Squili for good coffee and crossants.

From Mr Kevin Barnes (University of Notre Dame) The hotel was fairly basic, and the walls very thin, but clean and had what was necessary. The location was not great, as it required walking along an unpleasant highway, and the key system was not great. Decent proximity to the Vatican and other important locations.

Oh my God the horror!!!!! Please the French never go there ... Gloomy rooms bathroom (a box of 2 square meters ... Towels changed every 2 days for the rest they will tell you they clean every day but no way! Sheets never changed and if you tell them they will tell you that yes 🤣. Very basic breakfast coffee biscuits yogurt juice water (the cheapest on the market) faces of the hosts without expression almost made them c .... and if you dare to come like us as a family with children mamamia .... they will only be eager for you to quickly get out of your prison room. Anyway you will have understood and I am simply warning you ... There were 12 of us and taken at the last minute we had no choice but to take this but for 2200 euros I could have found better and especially cleaner! Everyone has their own experience it is true but having traveled almost everywhere in the world believe me on my word run away and look for other cleaner and more smiling lodgings. A word to the wise hello!

Having a child of almost 7 years old, I booked a triple... But when I arrived at the facility I found myself in a double. I should point out that I paid more than a month in advance 240 euros for 2 nights at a non-refundable rate, if they had moved the child's visits I would have also lost the money. I should not have paid the tourist taxes but the owner says that when you pay a non-refundable rate they are mandatory. We arrived there, tired and nervous, and there was no child's bed (after a while they had to add it because I paid for three)! You cannot use the kitchen because it says that by law it is so (I have been going to Rome every 3 months for my son for 6 years and I have always used kitchens everywhere) there is no fridge in the room and you cannot enter the kitchen except for breakfast at 8. We did not use the breakfast because at 7 we were already gone both mornings. I found dirty walls, no shower gel or shampoo, no support surface in the bedroom or bathroom... Air conditioning pointed at the child's bed and it was impossible with 41.5 degrees to keep it off! In short, there are much better even at a lower price! And let's forget about many other things... A little more attention would have been better!

We stayed at the beginning of January, the environment was neglected both in terms of cleaning and the structure. Unacceptable beds for the quality of the mattresses (just a few cm), crumpled and stained sheets. Noises of all kinds from the underground below, road traffic and ambulances from the nearby hospital. Dirty and rusty window bars. Smell of sewers coming from the boys' bathroom. Positive: the kindness of the girl at reception and the proximity to St. Peter's Square. Bad, bad, bad, everything else.

The pictures do not correspond to reality. Our idea of hygiene and cleanliness differs from what we found. The kitchen was dirty, as shown by the photos taken of the hood and the garbage can that had old and encrusted dirt. The sheets were completely crumpled, so much so that we had the doubt that they had not been changed, those of the children were stained. Unacceptable pillows and mattresses. We were told to take care of taking away the dirt bag. The only service was changing towels once (old and rough). Impossible to sleep at night due to traffic and continuous sirens of the ambulances of the nearby hospital. Neglected external structure. Due thanks to the girl at the reception, very cheerful and helpful. Positive: on foot you can reach St. Peter's Square in 20 minutes and the buses stop in front of the gate.
