Sergey, thank you so much for your help. You make this place much better with your smile and assistance. Love it! We had a lot of questions, seemed like it too intrusive on our part, but thank you for your help. It was our first visit in Rome and we are happy of the place we choosed and the staff we met. Recommend 100%.

All the negatives will not fit in here. Put us in dirty walled room first; room didn't resemble anything like the website. Tables beside the bed looked like junkyard items. Outside the room, in the hallway you had to TRY to unlock a huge door to get to your room's hallway, which door took many many minutes with a loose lock to try to open, after climbing a lot of stairs. My health was greatly impacted by the elevator almost never working and having to walk up 4 double flights to my room, taking at least 20 minutes each time. (I have a breathing condition which would not have been a problem except for the problem elevator -- in 100 degree heat every day that week.) There's much much more. On the last day, though, someone was supposed to come to our room to take our bags down many flights, because we couldn't, due to the elevator issue. We had a flight to catch. That someone never showed up. Ive told Eden at the place all situations. Her reply was a chincy voucher for a future stay! Heartless.

We were a family of 16 and check in went very smoothly because of Nester. He was the nicest and friendliest person. Always willing to help with anything and always smiling. The rooms were large and spotless. Comfortable beds. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Great location We were able to walk to all sights. Highly recommend this hotel

The worst "hotel" I've ever been to. I am not exaggerating - I wish I was. Besides getting a severe skin allergic reaction due to the dusty room, the place had mould everywhere. You will not need an alarm for the morning as the cleaning staff are having a coffee outside your door at 8am, and if that won't wake you up...the pigeons and seagulls outside your window at 4:45am will. I did have fun, running around the room and taking care of the ants and walking around the floor - no one told me its a "shared room" lol. Bedsheets are never changed unless you request a minimum of three times a day. The only good thing is there was hot water, which should be a minimum but under the circumstances, this must be why it's called a "deluxe room". The TV is the size a tablet. Breakfast is located 3 streets away, but don't worry...the cleaning service will wake you up at 9am, as they have to finish all rooms by 11am. Bare this in mind if you are out till late. Also toiletries are not replaced - so ensure you make it last. Alternatively, there is a Carrefour shop outside. For the price of £2100 (8 night stay), any other place would have been a better choice including motels. Good luck finding any staff at any time of the day / night.

Stay away from “The Spanish Suites Campo De’Fiori”, in Rome, Italy if you are looking for a place to stay while traveling there. I booked them, emailed them from the airport that I will be arriving between 3:30PM - 4:30PM. I got to the hotel and rung their flat. No one answered my door bell buzzes. I rung about a dozen times. I saw a sign on the left door of their number and called them. I called three times. Please note the time is around 4PM (iPhone changes the time back). First call, a man answers and hangs up on me. Second and third calls went to voice mail. Luckily another traveler let me in and told me their flat is on the 2nd floor. So I go up there and rung/buzzed a few times. As you can see in the video, no one was there to answer me. I also emailed AGODA (because they said that I can reply back and it goes directly to the property) and no one emailed me back. The Spanish Suites had the audacity to tell *********** and Agoda that I canceled and was a no-show. so the charged me the full amount of around $1186.18. This is a SCAM. I'm glad to be able to resolve this through VISA. But if you are traveling please do not pay for these services upfront. And if you are in Rome, DO NOT stay at this establishment. #shady #agoda #bookingcom #rome #spanishsuites #campodefiori #italy #italytravel #romeitaly #badhotels #badbusiness

Our accommodation was not what we expected: located on the second floor of the building was not a problem but the unit was set at the back of the building therefore having no street view. The shower was very small and was prone to flooding outside the shower stall due to an oversized shower head. Two of the three mornings, I was awoken by laundry being delivered at 4:45am outside by door.

Like the other reviewers, the room did not resemble the online photos in any way. I felt duped. But my experience was even more sinister. Basically, my credit card and driving license, which were in a small cosmetics bag, mysteriously 'vanished' from the hotel safe 24 hours after we checked into the 'hotel'. I retraced my steps and looked in the safe a thousand times to try and locate my missing valuables. I then cancelled my credit card but they mystery of it all was still baffling me. On the last day, as I was checking out, the room cleaner, who had carried our bags to the 'office' left only to return a minute layer and said with a gleeful smile: you owe me a large tip. look what I found. And he presented me with my cosmetics bag, complete with my credit card and license. I thought I was seeing someone rising from the dead! He told me that he'd found it in our safe! Well, firstly, there's no way he had enough time to return to my room (down 5 flights and across the street in the opposite building), start his cleaning job, somehow find my missing bag and come back up the five flights in such a short amount of time. He must have had the bag all along! To cap all this, the 'safe' in the room was not safe at all as it wasn't actually to anything so there was nothing stopping you from picking it up and walking off with it. Anyway, there was no way my bag was 'hiding' somehow in that tiny shoebox sized safe that we'd looked into countless times in search of that bag. My only conclusion is that the cleaner opened the sub-standard safe and stole my things - only to try and secure a good tip. Totally dodgy to say the least! Don't stay there!

No front desk, no receptionist, no caretaker. You enter a hall way ride a elevator to 5th floor where some one may or may not be there. If no one is there you have to call a number and wait for someone to arrive to help you. The elevator only holds 2 people and doesn't work most of the time. Had to walk 5 floors to room. There are only double doors when you drive up. You ring a bell and if someone is on 5th floor they will or will not come. Bed was ok. No amenities. Very noisy from street bars. Not worth the money paid for the location. Location was old and needed attention. This is not a hotel as described, it is an apartment building that rents out rooms. Not a hotel.
