The entire process to check in was mangled , with no communication or follow through. I don't recommend it. Burn hole in couch. 50 steps to reach the room, no elevator. Breakfast is at another establishment and allows for a single coffee and pastry.

Overall the place is good. Not the cleanest for our room, a bit dusty on the floor.

I stayed at this property for three nights. Small but welcoming room. The property is located in a strategic area near the metro which allows you to reach the main areas of Rome. Structure always clean and tidy. The staff very friendly and always available.
