The room does not have any ventilation facilities. There is a strong musty smell in the room. The sink is right next to the bed. The space is quite small. It can only meet the requirements of sleeping and taking a shower, not to mention the living environment.

A really nice villa-like hotel with high ceilings and elegant facade. The landlord is really friendly. Rooms neat and stylish. Access to kitchen appliances and balcony from the common room. The only drawback was the fact that it was hard to regulate water hot/cold in the shower.

When we started the Road Trip we looked for places that were PET Friendly and to our surprise Expedía offered us this place, spacious rooms with a king size bed and a single bed, water with good pressure in the shower, toilet with bidet (shower and bathroom together, small but good) the service and attention was wonderful, I don't know if it is central or not, but it is a comfortable place to sleep, which, being in Europe, resting and sleeping comfortably is the most important thing.

The rooms are nothing special, mold stains in the bathroom and some broken bathroom furnishings, the cleanliness is discreet, the manager is very kind and friendly, the location is discreet as there is a metro stop about 200 meters away, it has parking space inside for a fee.

Unfortunately, even today we find ourselves with a degradation caused by these places that are defined as "b&b"... I would have another way to define it HOUSE. The photos will give you an idea, we were forced to sleep with our clothes on and unable to use the sofa or the shower due to the dirt. Mosquitoes stuck to the wall and animals wandering around the room... An experience that really needs to be eliminated

This guesthouse reflects the condition of Rome, in decline and in need of renovation, the headboard of the bed was dirty, then a cockroach appeared, I wouldn't go back because it didn't satisfy me, the location isn't bad but the overall package is poor.
