Perfect location if you are looking to stay in the center. Via fratina is one of the most famous shopping street in rom. The room itself is acceptable. Bathroom a bit small.

Overall, the hotel we stayed in was pretty average. The basic amenities were indeed quite ordinary. The rooms were not very large, the furniture looked a bit dated, and the appliances were basic. While it met basic needs, it wasn't particularly sophisticated. However, the cleanliness was adequate, which was reassuring.
Thankfully, the service made up for some of the shortcomings. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, answering every question. Housekeeping was also quite responsive, and minor requests were quickly addressed. Overall, the service experience was pleasant. If you're not particular about amenities and simply want a convenient place to stay, this hotel is worth considering.

The check-in experience was terrible. I arrived at night and there was no front desk. The hotel didn't even have a lobby. I contacted Ctrip customer service in the middle of the night and made various calls to find out that there was an email to fill in the check-in information online. I also had to find the key like solving a case. I was already exhausted, and there was a lot of trouble. This hotel should not be recommended to users, especially tourists who have not been to Europe. It's too rubbish. The soundproofing of the room is also very poor.

Прекрасный отель за свои деньги в центре,только возникли трудности при заселении,так как инструкции не достаточно чётки.Но все остальное с лихвой компенсировалось;плюс бонусы в виде кофе машины с капсулами и легкими снекам.и стало приятной неожиданостью😊Спасибо

Very nice, boutique hotel. A little challenging with no staff present, but it feels like you’re coming and going from a private residence hidden behind a gate in Rome.

The elevator for brining up the suitcases was a bit tricky. For the price you pay the location is great but you cannot expect it to be like a hotel.
