This inn had very kind staff and everything one needs for a comfortable rest. While there is a sign on the main door leading into the rooms to allow the door to not slam -nobody heeded it so if you’re a sensitive sleeper that could be an issue. Also, you can hear your neighbors talking as there’s not much insulation with tile floors.
There is an espresso maker with pods and an electric tea kettle, which is great for self service needs. Also, the location had many beautiful historical sites while nestled in a mixed residential neighborhood.

It is better to camp near the Termini station than to stay in this structure, there is nothing nice about it. The air conditioner was broken, with ten degrees outside, the lift did not work, and we were on the third floor, the lock was faulty, with the risk of being left out. The room has nothing to do with the photos. The bed is very dirty, they don't make it every day and in the five nights we spent there, not a single one of our sheets have been changed. The bathroom is disgusting. Never to return. The wonderful location, yes.

Very disappointed it's true that for the price I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary but the .... I just didn't stay more than an hour I took another hotel more expensive but better located cleaner and less rotten. Like many hotels in Rome, the hotel has rooms in other buildings. This one actually at his reception in an apartment in a building with a few rooms in the same apartment, ours was in another building. What can I say about the condition of the building, just rotten, horrible, distressing. the room was in an apartment shared with other people and the key to our room was difficult to lock. the bathroom was still renovated and clean but the air conditioning didn't work very well. the view let's not talk about it, the hall of the building is rotten and dirty.

I called to reserve two nights in July, they told me there was availability on the dates I requested, as I said I have a Wonderbox box set they started saying that we had to pay a difference of at least 30 euros per night, so 60 euros . In addition, the two breakfasts were not included but only two coffees. The owner with all possible excuses invited me to go elsewhere!! Excessive cost for a bad room. Dilapidated structure, nauseating smell, non-existent staff. Tiny and impractical bathroom, cold water. Room with sockets not working so much that you can't charge mobile phones, broken curtain, fridge off, uncomfortable bed, noises from other rooms and the rest of the building. Not even worth 1% of what you pay.
