The hotel had no running air conditioning. However, they did bring us a portable room air conditioner. The problem with that was it blew hot air out of the back of the machine and heated up the room. Cleanliness of the floors, especially along the wall, was not good.

Excellent location where you can walk to the main places in Rome. The hotel is somewhat old. Very nice staff.

Very good hotel. Staff friendly and helpful including questions being answered before we arrived. Rooms are clean, well equppied, toilettries, kettle with refreshments and fridge which was stocked but still had room for bits. Aircon great and could use you tube easily on tv. Safe in room. Breakfast was excellent. Right opposite Trajan's market so superb location. Would love to return.

A wonderful hotel, in a wonderful part of the city, in a convenient location. Friendly and understanding staff. Thanks for the birthday wishes and gifts. The hotel building is very ancient, beautiful, comfortable to be in and to live in. I got everything I needed during my stay. Delicious breakfast in a beautiful hall. Thank you for a comfortable stay. I would like to repeat my trip to you.

Elegant little hotel beautifully decorated, great location with proximity to the centre as well as top tourist attractions, excellent friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. Though situated on a busy road, the rooms are very quiet.

The overall experience was amazing. Hotel location was 10/10 and cleanliness was on point. The true highlight is the staff. Everyone always greeted you with a smile and was ready to help you with whatever you need. Reception staff so efficient and delightful. Rooms were also cleaned and replenished every day it was outstanding. Thank you everyone we'll be back for sure.

This hitel is excellent in every way. It's easy to book their very comfortable rooms whether on line or by phone. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, providing a warm welcome on arrival and great service during your stay. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is fresh and has a wide variety to suit all tastes. Prices are very reasonable too, considering your in the of Rome's historic centre.

As someone who hadn't travelled abroad for 12 years and chose a daunting city like Rome I could not have asked for a better hotel or a better host than Luca. They took care of everything, even loaning me an umbrella when taking off on a daytour to pompeii, they even packed a mini breakfast as I was leaving so early. From cleanliness to location (a few hundred meters from the sites) this place is amazing.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Rome. Good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. I was also surprised with a small attention on my birthday! The hotel is close to the main attractions. A few minutes away to the neatest subway stations and there are plenty bus and Tram lines in the vicinity.
