The location is fantastic, a classy neighbourhood, very quiet, nearby to train station and Trevi fountain. The villa itself is beautiful. The staff were very accommodating, cooperative, very kind and professional. The room, however, is very, very dated and in desperate need of renovation, not just that it needs cleaning. Things are old and falling apart. The kettle was dusty with a broken top. The shower heads scaly. The hotel needs serious remodelling on the interior and upgrading.

Hotel was in a great location. walking distance to the main railway station and to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Good nearby bus links to the colosseum and the circus Maximus, and only a ten minute walk to the nearest underground. The hotel did a buffet breakfast which was very convenient, and had a mini bar in the room which we didn’t use, but the prices seemed reasonable for a hotel in Rome. Good restaurants nearby also.

The hotel is very beautiful, elegant, located a few minutes from Via Veneto. Quiet, excellent service and cleanliness. The breakfast was very rich and with fresh and varied foods. I was very satisfied.
I think I will gladly return to stay here soon.
