At £120 per night this was an expensive guest house for what was offered. It was in a nice location and my room was reasonably spacious and clean. There were, unfortunately, a few little niggles. My air conditioning didn’t work properly, the handle to my room kept falling off, the lift (5th floor) worked sporadically and no breakfast was provided. The one member of staff that I saw during my whole stay was friendly although I will look for a different place to stay when I next visit Roma!

Room was just clean enough and we got tips from the staff on places to eat, etc. walk to the Vatican was great distance, however this was as good as it got. The AC was very poor and very loud, the breakfast was really quite poor as well. It was just toast and the option to get a coffee and eggs, basically. The toast was cold and not enough butter was given. There were too many keys to get into the rooms, and during our stay the handle broke off of the door to the floor our room was on, and so we could not get in. We tried to contact the number given, but it was not operational. If a number is given, it should be able to be used at all times in case of an emergency. The shower also went hot and cold. Overall, our stay was poor.

The place is filthy and it smells of smoke. I asked to cancel and wasn't allowed. I travel with a blacklight to fully see how good hotels clean. This place doesn't clean very well. Do not stay here!!!

For heaven's sake, a one-night stay is enough and more... Paid there at the facility before seeing the room... The sheets and pillowcases dirty and without ironing, broken sheet, the problem is pointed out and the boy arrives and change the sheets, then I check the towels and they were wet or damp, he shows up and the boy comes back to change the towels, radiator not working, but luckily the air conditioner was working but noisy. In the room there was a tea kettle that wasn't clean, i.e. caked in milk... The bathroom stool was unstable, the bathroom carpet was broken, the TV didn't work, and I had to install the channels myself. The chandelier was broken and shocked.... I don't know if it was my room like that... I don't recommend, the only positive thing is the area where to stay and the breakfast more or less even if the coffee arrived cold in the room

We stayed three nights in a still warm October in Rome. Excellent solution, close to via Cola di Rienzo, the famous shopping street with restaurants and shops, and a stone's throw from Castel Sant'Angelo. The proximity to the Lepanto metro stop is fantastic. The rooms are located between building A, on the same floor as the reception, and building B. Breakfast was served directly in the room at the time indicated on the sheet to be filled out by the evening before, in which you could choose the products to receive. Delicious croissant, cappuccino and juice, I might have added a couple of slices of toast. Spacious and comfortable rooms, with hairdryer, TV, mini fridge and kettle for tea and herbal teas. A kindness: they kept our suitcases in reception the morning and afternoon of departure, so that we could enjoy our last hours in Rome without clutter. Advised!

First of all, I can report positively about the reception, here you were given tips and friendly advice and, fortunately for us, they spoke English. The location of the hotel was also absolutely perfect for our activities. Then a few words about breakfast. There was always something missing at breakfast, sometimes a croissant was missing, sometimes the butter was missing and sometimes the salt was missing. Cold scrambled eggs were the standard, the alternative was a dead boiled egg. What was really disgusting were the completely smeared jam jars in which you found butter (from previous guests?) and dried up jam on the lids. The standard was always 1 croissant and a slice of toast per person, not once a roll or a real slice of bread. So it was a totally boring, caustic and nasty breakfast. The sink didn't drain at all and wasn't unclogged until the last evening. The light on the mirror in the bathroom was broken all week. Mold in and on the shower also urgently needs to be removed. The room's furnishings were ok, but there was a lot of dust on the devices and stains on the walls. Simply dusting off regularly, cleaning and putting new paint on the walls would be an extreme improvement. 3 dead mosquitoes adorned walls and cupboards all week. At night it was very noisy from other guests, loud, old air conditioning, a washing machine running at night and noise from people partying in the courtyard. Unfortunately there was also extreme noise pollution from seagulls, but of course there was hardly anything you could do about that. What could be done, however, would be clever soundproofing of windows and doors, which I think is mandatory for a large city near main streets. The blanket was disgusting because it was only covered with a sheet on top and bottom, so there was always accidental contact with the actual blanket - probably even with previous guests. Premiere on the last day: no more shower towels, no more blankets in bed and no more toilet paper. In addition, 1 day too much “Rome City Tax” was charged upon departure; it is not calendar days but overnight stays that count as the basis for calculation.

I chose this Guest House for the convenience of its location and therefore to be able to move around easily both on foot and by public transport. The price was perhaps a little high but there was no comparison compared to other structures in which I had previously stayed and which did not offer the same services, one in particular consists of breakfast served in the room at a time established via a written note left outside from the room with also the list of food that you like to consume. The young and very friendly staff is another fundamental element to take into consideration, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. I am not adding any photos because those on the site are very faithful to reality, I remember that it is a guest house and not a Grand Hotel so many criticisms are to be considered superfluous and inadequate, in the bathroom there are soap dispensers both on the sink and in the shower and they are full, I asked not to make the bed or clean the room and with a broad smile the boys thanked me. There is a mini bar type fridge, I used it to store some yogurt and it was very comfortable because the temperatures were still summer. I hope to be able to stay at this property again because I felt completely at ease.

Very good location, a few blocks from the Vatican. It is a simple place that does what is necessary. The only bad thing is that if you arrive after 8:00 pm no one receives you and you must have internet to know how to find the key. Breakfast is light
