Опыт путешествий у нас большой, отели встречались разные, но этот отель доставил нам большие неудобства в конце путешествия. Мы забронировали номер на три дня, но в последний день нам пришлось съехать, потому что в номере было ужасно холодно!!! Не было отопления, кондиционер не работал, обогреватель в ванной тоже не работал. Мы писали и звонили менеджеру отеля, он обещал, что исправит проблему, но в итоге просто перестал отвечать. Мы настолько замерзли, что с утра проснулись с температурой.
В номере было достаточно грязно, на постельном белье пятна, которые похожи на кровь. В ванне плесень, дверца душевой сломана. Единственный плюс отеля это местоположение, но будьте готовы к тому, что очень шумно из-за трамвайных путей.
А еще вода, по мнению менеджера бойлер рассчитан на 80 литров, но после 7 минут принятия душа о горячей воде можно забыть на час. Номер рассчитан на 4 гостей..как при таком бойлере могут помыться даже два человека, не понимаю.
Отвратительный сервис, не рекомендую этот отель.

Прекрасное местоположение, все прошло отлично, быстрое заселение, в комнате есть чайник и сахар( чая нет поэтому лучше брать с собой) полотенца и набор для ванны есть, очень стратегическое расположение в минутной доступности Пьяцца дел попполо и вилла Боргезе, из минусов только лишь сильная слышимость, кто не может уснуть под шум трамвая, будет тяжеловато
