Very cute guest house on the top of Spanish step.remember please take taxi if you a with the big luggage. Nice owner with stunning view 100% as the photo and comfy bed. A few nice restaurants around .

The best location in Spanishsteps! A boutique hotel feels like home. The host Alessandro is very friendly and gentleman! The cleaning lady is so so so wonderful and thoughtful. She does her job with heart and did more than what we expected for us. Thanks both! I will come again.

The hotel is right next to the Spanish Steps, and the location is very good. It is about a five-minute walk from the Spagna Station on Metro Line A. It is also within walking distance of attractions such as the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The only problem was that the owner was not there when I checked in in the morning, so I had to call to open the door. The picture shows the surrounding environment of the hotel.

We stayed at the Spanish Footprints Hotel for 5 days. The hotel is in a good location and is convenient for various attractions. The room is small but warm. Although there is no breakfast, the landlord will put bread and snacks every day. The landlord Alessandro is kind and friendly. I will stay there again next time.

The hotel is in a very good location, quiet in a busy city, just above the Spanish Steps, very convenient to go anywhere. The old man at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The hotel space is larger than expected. Every day when I open the bed, I can see the church. The hotel is close to the train station. The station only has a starting fee
