We are so glad we chose to stay here! I wasn’t so sure at first because there are not many reviews. It is slightly outside of the city centre, and by slightly, I do mean just that. I’m fact, I think we were able to get around to all the big attractions faster, thanks to the Metro station being so close the the B&B. We bought a weekly Metro pass and we’re go to go. It was easy. The room itself was immaculate and cleaned every day. There were complimentary bottles of water, juices and packaged cakes and a little fridge. Also included were tickets for breakfast at a cafe a few steps away. We thought the cafe was very quaint and the owner very kind. We ate our croissants and drank our cappuccinos at the counter like the locals. As for the owner of the B&B, Marco, he was awesome! He met us right away when we arrived, got us oriented, and gave us our keys. He helped book a taxi to the airport for us. Lastly, but not least, there are a number of top-rated restaurants in short walking distance (3-7min) from the B&B, where locals eat. The food was amazing and prices were not a rip off; no tourist traps! We had 6 nights here and would definitely stay again!

We had 6 nights here and would most definitely stay here again.

Really lovely stay. The hosts were absolutely amazing and so hospitable. We really felt part of the family. The metro stop is directly outside the door and the included breakfast is quaint and really lovely. Andrea was a gent and really added to our positive stay. If I return to Rome, I will visit again. 5*

Perfect hotel for a city break to Rome. Room was clean, well looked after and stocked with amenities. The staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help. Would definitely recommend staying here. 5 stars!!

Tudo excelente. A entrada é simples e o antigo elevador, podem não causar uma boa impressão. Quando as portas se abrem os anfitriões já os recebem de braços abertos, como na Bela Itália. O apto é todo reformado e confortável. Os quartos são privatvos e a arrumação é diária. Enxoval completo. Todos possuem TV, frigobar, ar condicionado, aquecimento para o alto inverno, e um banheiro finamente decorado. Além de balas, sucos, água, e pães doces, todos recebem 1 Voucher para o café da manhã, que é servido pela cafeteira ao lado do prédio: 1 Capuccino e o melhor pão doce que você comeu. Nas sala de uso comum tem sofá e uma cafeteira com cápsulas de Nescafé. É visível a preocupação que o King Plaza tem com seus hóspedes e sua satisfação.

Buona esperienza, b&b in piazza re di Roma a due minuti dalla metro: si attraversa la strada e si è in metropolitana. Sono stata in questa struttura due volte nel giro di un mese, quindi mi sono trovata bene altrimenti non sarei tornata. C'è tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno, infatti nella camera, spaziosa con comodi letti,c'è il phon, il climatizzatore, un buon televisore,il deodorante per l'ambiente con ottime profumazioni. Il bagno è completo di tutto , disponibili bagnoschiuma, shampoo, Balsamo, detergente intimo, crema idratante per il corpo, salviette detergenti.Prodotti di qualità! Manca solo la cuffia usa e getta. Ma non è un problema anche perché si è accolti in camera con le giuste attenzioni, con brioche confezionate, succhi di frutta, acqua e/o the. All'esterno della Camera ci sono prodotti come bicchieri di plastica, pacchi di fazzoletti e l'occorrente per disinfettare le ferite( cerotti, disinfettante, dischetti per il trucco) e tante caramelle! Passiamo all'accoglienza: Marco con cui ho avuto modo di prenotare si è dimostrato subito disponibile e attento a tutti i miei dubbi, la madre ospitale. Ho potuto lasciare i bagagli, una volta fatto il check out grazie al servizio deposito bagagli. Nei dintorni ci sono diversi negozi : market, pizzeria/bar, a 100/200 metri una filiale di Intesa San Paolo, negozi di scarpe, parrucchieri, tabacchino. L'unica pecca il bar dove si fa la prima colazione, purtroppo non è al livello del b&b. Il gestore è disponibile , simpatico, i prodotti non deludono...ma il locale è vecchiotto, trascurato. Consiglio di appoggiarsi a un altro bar, magari Zero proprio sotto il b&b in cui ho preso un caffè e ho notato che lavorano bene sia per la prima colazione sia per un pranzo o una cena veloce e frugale. Insomma il b&b merita per la pulizia, i comfort, l'accoglienza, l'ubicazione e sicuramente farò un salto nuovamente , appena ne avrò occasione .

Struttura davvero accogliente, pulita e moderna. Arredamento classico, pulizia al top. Ottima struttura in quanto in pieno centro puoi raggiungere facilmente tutte le destinazioni. Insomma se vai come ospite al King Plaza ti sentirai come un re.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti con una bimba di 3anni. Posizione strategica a ridosso della metro.camere ampie, ben arredate e pulite. Colazione servita al bar(cappuccino e cornetto)ma integrata quotidianamente da un cestino offerto in camera con succhi, te, merendine e acqua.ma il fiore all occhiello è la gentilezza della proprietaria.durante il soggiorno ci siamo imbattuti in un nubifragio che ha colpito la città e la proprietaria ha fatto trovare un mega ombrello dietro la porta di ogni camera!!!!davvero non da tutti!complimenti!
