AO CHEGAR FUI PRESENTEADA COM UM UPGRADE FIQUEI FELIZ ME FALARAM QUE O CAFE ESTAVA INCLUÍDO QUANDO FUI TOMAR CAFÉ TIVE QUE PAGAR ( PRIMEIRA DECEPÇÃO) EM UMA VIAGEM DE 27 DIAS O HOTEL MAIS CARO E QUE MAIS DECEPCIONOU, EM 6 NOITES NAO COLOCARAM NENHUMA REPOSIÇÃO DE CREME DE CORPO , PONTUEI NA RECEPÇÃO E ME PERGUNTARAM SE EU TINHA SOLICITADO ???? DESDE QUANDO PRECISA SOLICITAR REPOSIÇÃO DE BANHEIRO. TUDO QUE VC PERGUNTA NA RECEPÇÃO PARECE QUE VC É ERRADO. O GERENTE ROBERTO NAO DEIXA ACABAR UMA FRASE COM A MENINA DA RECEPÇÃO , INTERROMPE E FALA COM ELE EM ITALIANO, ALTAMENTE RUDE. NA ULTIMA NOITE DEPOIS DE RECLAMAR NA RECEPÇÃO TIVE A SURPRESA DE VOLTAR E MEU QUARTO NAO ESTAVA ARRUMADO QUANDO FUI FALAR NA RECEPÇÃO ME PERGUNTARAM SE TINHA DEIXADO DO NOT DISTURB NA PORTA E NEM FIZERAM MENÇÃO DE ARRUMAR. NAO TINHA DEIXADO E MINHA AMIGA QUA SAIU NO MESMO HORÁRIO ENCONTROU O DELA ARRUMADO. HOTE PERTO DO VATICANO, OMEU QUARTO ERA BOM, CEFA DA MANHA BOM , HOTEL DISPONIBILIZA DE UMAS VAGAS ATRAS DELE SEM COBRANÇA. NÃO VOLTARIA NESTE HOTEL POIS TEM MUITAS OPÇÕES EM ROMA E FOI O HOTEL QUE MAIS FIQUEI TEMPO E MAIS CARO DE UMA GRANDE VIAGEM E QUE ME DECEPCIONOU. PAGUEI CAFE DA MANHA QUANDO FUI OFERECIDA E QUALQUER COISA QUE VC FALE PARECE QUE VOCÊ ESTÁ ERRADA. UMA PENA POIS TINHA TUDO PARA SER UMA EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA MAS AINDA POR CIMA CHEGAR NUM HOTEL 4 ESTRELAS PARA DORMIR SEM LIMPEZA E PAGANDO CARO NÃO TEM LOGICA.

When the epidemic was the worst, I checked into this hotel. Two cases were found in Rome at that time. We went to breakfast. Some foreigners saw that we all pulled up turtleneck sweaters, but the hotel was very kind. Not only did we not abandon us at all, we also took care of us. Very courteous every time, the room was very comfortable, the mini bar was free, which surprised us a lot. We walked everywhere except the Vatican. I had to take a bus at the door. The breakfast was delicious. We ate for 4 days and highly recommend it. !!

We stayed here for our first ever trip to Rome. We chose it because of the proximity of public transport, (there is a bus stop right outside and a 3 minute walk to the Metro). The hotel allowed us to check in early as our flight arrived early. We had asked for a nice room with a view as we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We were in room 506. The view from the room was Ok, we could see the mountains in the distance but there were also some suburban views. The Hotel gave us a bottle of local Prosecco in the room which was a lovely touch. We dined in the hotel and the food was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable with a good size en-suite. The surrounding area is a bit suburban, but that did not matter to us, the public transport access was more important to us, from the hotel to the Collesseo stop was around 18 minutes. Good helpful staff, good food in the restaurant very easy access to the city centre. recommended

Stayed September 2023 for 3 days with family of 4 Room: Junior Suite. I give all my credit to professional prompt personnel. Had to rebook our stay for to getting Covid-19 for. Muhammad at front desk was the best help: calm, professional and very prompt. I am very thankful for all his help out stay was great thanks to him! Absolutely gorgeous hotel bathroom especially. Room is elegantly decorated same way the entire hotel is. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks and helped with bags. Breakfast was great as well. I did miss my usual smoked salmon though. Madeleine was very friendly and welcoming, taking care of all our needs during breakfast. My daughter doesn’t want scrambled eggs so we asked for freshly made 2 sunny side up eggs and wish was immediately granted! I asked for a plastic cup to take my coffee to go, and Priscilla said “I will make a fresh one for you right away!”. It was very nice of her. Best part: due to working until 3am on computer, O told my family I will be skipping breakfast and sleeping in. How surprised I was when upon my husband and daughter arrival back to the room: the door opened and Priscilla walked in with a tray full of all breakfast items! Hotel does cost quite a bit, but the personnel professional approach is worth it 100%. The only minor issue we had was shower door that wasn’t fully closing that’s why we kept putting towels on the floor. However, everyday housekeeping did excellent job cleaning! Location is center- walk literally to anything important. As a finishing point of our Italian trip we had a romantic evening with drinks (and delicious free snacks to go with it) on the rooftop terrace. Again staff and drinks quality was amazing. Nice hotel, clean, tidy nicely kept. Was bed & breakfast & was good from start to finish! Family room for 2 but still had plenty of room to move. Amenities in the bathroom Good breakfast lots to chose from Bar was good also, gym availability however did not use this was only a 2 night stay

Great location, 3,5 minutes from Plaza España and 6 or 7 minutes from Espana subway station. About 9 euros from the central railway station, 5 minutes by car. Breakfast is a Western breakfast, there are not as many kinds of Chinese breakfast, but the coffee is very good. Also, the front desk staff and the cleaning aunt are very friendly. When I arrived in Rome, I lost my luggage. Most of the staff at the Rome airport were very fluent in English. In order to retrieve my luggage, I found the front desk staff to help me to call. They also volunteered to help me follow up. Although the baggage did not reach Rome in the end, I am still very grateful to them. The last point is that if you go to Europe, you can't check it if you don't check it. It's not just that you don't check your valuables. You can't check it if you don't check it. After all, it's too troublesome to lose your trip. The hotel told Rome that the baggage delay rate is quite high, and the efficiency is not high. It is almost useless to call the airport to find the airport. It is necessary to rely on the mail. Unfortunately, the mail is only a notice and does not reply.

This was my third stay at this hotel in each stay's was wonderful. Also the hotel is facilities is alway clean and ready with a smile to meet it guest. The staff is always wonderful courteous and very professional that’s why I return every year. I hope to see them next year thanks for a enjoyable trip. Mrs. G.

The hotel is located directly opposite the Rome Opera House and is very close to the main attractions. Within 15 minutes on foot, the transportation is convenient, shopping is convenient, breakfast is OK, the hotel is decorated in a combination of Chinese and Western, a family of three rooms is not small, very comfortable, simple toiletries There is a hot water bottle, I will choose it here next time.
