"Great location But my second time booking is different. I booked the same room type but what I got my room for my second booking is different from my first booking. The room was narrow than my first one."

"Most of the existing reviews are quite accurate… this hotel is for a short stay, for sleeping only and nothing else. The price is good but don’t expect too much for the 4-star rating. Amazing location. Not dirty but not the cleanest hotel ever. The staff are neutral. You can deposit the bags but in the bar (seemingly) without much supervision. If you are looking for a very comfortable and luxurious stay with your couple, i would pay more and go to other hotels. But, if you are not looking forward to spend much time in the hotel and experience the city to the fullest hours, this is quite a good choice."

"Fantastic hotel, perfect location (very close to the trams, but not close enough to hear them) it was quiet nights, the aircon worked great and we really loved the classical feeling of the room. The staff spoke good English and where very helpful, I called prior to arriving as I read online about driving permits in Rome and the hotel staff where able to advise me. For the price I would choose this hotel again in the future."

"The hotel was very close to Termini station Only take 20 mins to Vatican or 30 mins to airport Very convenience. Got a upgrade to a bigger room. Room service was not bad. The breakfast was okay , $10 Euro , but food was same everyday. So can try couple days. Becoz it was May so there are still no A/C. But the room was windy and comfortable."

"I went there as a female solo traveler. There are plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and good water pressure. The room is comfortable with air conditioning. If you hang the tag on the door, they will clean it every day. The breakfast is the same every day, but it's enough. Bread, two kinds of ham, cheese, butter, tomato, coffee, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, and yogurt. They always check and replenish, so there was never a shortage, and the staff always kept the tables clean and very well. There is a supermarket nearby, which is convenient, and it is a great location, with the Vatican only a 15-minute walk away. You can also walk to Castel Sant'Angelo. When you arrive at the REG San Pietro Station, go down the stairs towards the San Piero Cathedral, and it is a 5-minute walk to the hotel. (However, there is no elevator, probably due to construction.) I went up and down with a 25 kg suitcase. If you go down the stairs in the middle of the platform, you will come out at the central exit where the ticket machines are located, but from there it is a long way around and takes about 12 minutes to get to the hotel. Buses to the city center depart near the hotel and you are asked to buy a ticket at the front desk, but if you have a credit card you can just get on the bus without buying a ticket and just place your credit card against the red machine on the driver's side to complete the payment, which is convenient and fast. You can also pass through the metro by placing your credit card against the ticket gate. However, you have to buy a ticket every time you use the REG (train), which was a hassle. The location was great and the area had a good atmosphere even at night, so I felt safe even as a woman traveling alone and I'm glad I chose this hotel."

"Front Desk service is sub-par and lacking in general knowledge to guests. Examples. 1. Hop On Hop Off booking from front desk Was told that pick-up and drop-off will be at Station A opposite the hotel. But end of the tour, we were dropped off at Station B and was told there's no bus going to Station A. We have to find our own way back due to unfriendly bus staff. 2. Restaurant Recommendation Was given wrong direction by FO staff and have to walk back to hotel again to reconfirm direction. 3. Airport Transfer to FCO T3 Booked 1 day in advance thru FO, but this morning when we went down to FO for check-out, there's no record ? Even though we were given a print out booking form from FO yesterday. Disappointed 1st hotel stay in ROME. However, hotel location is conveniently located near to Rome Termini."

"Very comfortable and recommended hotel Just 5 minutes away from Roma Trasteverse train station Check in I arrived at around 9pm that day. I bought cup noodles but couldn't find hot water. Then the receptionist's brother took us to the hotel restaurant and opened the gate so we could fill up the hot water. I feel like the staff are all friendly. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean, and I had a good rest every night. However, the hotel is next to a kindergarten, so if you are still resting after around 8:00 or 9:00 on weekdays, you may hear the voices of children."
