The location is good but maybe a little far away, next time I would stay 10 mins walk closer to the centre. We had a few issues, being emailed about ongoing ground floor work that would affect us at 9am on the day we check in... so of course too late to cancel or make alternative arrangements! They did thankfully move us to a higher floor room but then we weren't able to check in until 16.40pm...Then housekeeping forgot to turn our hot water on, so on day 2 we had no access to hot water and they took over 2 hours to solve it with bad communication and no apologies. Overall, it is nice and clean, but the internal facing balcony is pointless and the apartments have no soul. I would stay somewhere else for the money.

The location is in the center of the scenic spot, very close to Plaza de España, the Pantheon and everything, within walking distance. There are also many restaurants to choose from, or it is convenient to go to Carrefour to buy snacks. The room facilities are also very complete and the living is very comfortable. The only problem is that it is too central and it will be noisy.
Smart check-in, room door key is a code lock, no need to bring the room card out of the street, very convenient. The location is not too good, it takes more than 10 minutes to walk from the city center, and the road back to the hotel at night is a bit dark, not too convenient. The overall hotel facilities are newer and the accommodation experience is acceptable.

"At Tullo, you're in one of the most iconic districts of Rome, Trastevere. Among the narrow, ancient streets and medieval houses, you'll find monuments, bars, pizzerias, and cafes where you can experience the real Roman dolce vita. At Tullo, you're just a few minutes away from important landmarks such as Janiculum Hill, Circus Maximus, Colosseum, and Roman Forum. Please note that Tullo and restaurant Sospiro share the same terrace and patio. Guests are therefore free to use the terrace and patio anytime, upon availability.
We're fully digital, so there's no reception or staff onsite. Instead, guests use our digital check-in and PIN codes to access the property and their rooms! Additionally, our Guest Experience Team is available 24/7 for any questions or concerns via Whatsapp and email."

This is a very convenient stay mear Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Castel Sant'Angelo is also across the bridge, and a 15-minute walk to the Spanish Steps is in a straight line. The hotel is small but comfortable for a couple who intends to stay out and explore Rome for most of the stay.
The first time I booked this fully self-service apartment hotel, the experience was quite good. The location of the hotel is very, very good. The room is much larger than the traditional hotel. The things in the room can also cook by yourself. It is very comfortable to live. It should be noted that China's mobile phone registration is very late to receive the verification code, and finally mainly rely on email contact. The only small shortcoming is that the elevator cannot be completely direct, and a small staircase has to be moved, which is a bit winding. At the beginning, the door lock was a bit uncertain. When I contacted, it was not very convenient because it was completely self-service, but it was all done later. The overall experience is great value.
Convenient to train station (Roma Trastevere) for reaching Airport and Roma Termini, and walking distance (25-30mins) nearby tourist spots (Vatican City, Museum)
The apt itself is managed by hotel group with apps and website showing booking information. I had to approach them via internet phone and it would be better if they pro-actively contacted me
It is spacious but we were shocked with water leaking out after a short shower. Although customer service put the technician in place next day, we were quite nervous if we chose the right hotel
Overall satisfactory.
