"Facilities: This is a serious deduction. The sound of the air conditioner fan can be heard continuously in the room. For light sleepers, it is a bad review.
But the good thing is that their shuttle bus runs frequently, a total of three, and basically no need to wait.
Environment: The swimming pool downstairs is open until 9 o'clock. The children downstairs have a lot of fun, but for those who just want to have a good rest, they have to wait until after 9 o'clock. The corridor design of this hotel is very good, but if you encounter this situation, it will be very bad.
Service: Breakfast is also average. There are not many varieties, and the bread is hard. Hahahaha, I thought it was a baguette"
"Stayed for one night when I was transferred. The hotel has an airport shuttle bus. You need to call the front desk to pick up the phone and wait at the bus pick-up dock. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. As a transit hotel, the price is OK."
"The hotel is relatively close to the airport and the car rental company. The signs of other companies on the airport shuttle bus are probably shared by several companies, and there is no breakfast. Print a piece of paper for one dollar"

"The environment and service are good. It was when I called the shuttle at the airport, because the language was not available, the front desk was a bit impatient, and everything else was very good. Location, environment, breakfast are good. 24 hours hot water in the lobby, coffee, drinks, and fruit. Bring breakfast. There is a luggage cart. Check out will ask if you need a free shuttle bus. Overall, the price is high near the airport. There are restaurants such as McDonald's nearby."
"convenient. simple. Suitable for business trips. There is a 24-hour airport bus. convenient. simple. Suitable for business trips. There is a 24-hour airport bus. convenient. simple. Suitable for business trips. There is a 24-hour airport bus."
"The first time I came to Detroit, the hotel had a driver pick-up, just call the front desk in advance, very fast, from the airport to the elevator to the 2nd floor, there is a sign, come here for business trips do not want to run too far, there are fast food and Starbucks around, the front desk is also very warm, the accommodation experience here is very good, Next time I have a chance to come and live here."
"The hotel is a bit old and the facilities inside are relatively old. I saw many families going out on weekends. Sleeping at night is a bit noisy and there are often children running. Overall"
"Good location, close to the airport, suitable for transit accommodation, convenient parking, complete facilities, as always, Courtyard style, good value for money, worth recommending, North American travel is suitable for family living"
"Overall pretty good. The biggest advantage is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel has a shuttle bus. You only need to tell the front desk what time to leave, and then get down early and wait for the bus to the hotel. Everything is very convenient."

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is just opposite the light rail airport station. You can walk to the light rail station from the airport. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport every 20 minutes, and many crews stay overnight here.
The hotel room is like an old five-star hotel with outdated facilities in China. There are vending machines, microwaves and ice machines near the room. It's just that the hotel front desk is extremely inefficient. We arrived at 1 pm. The two groups in front of us were talking and laughing for more than ten minutes, and the guests who arrived by shuttle bus behind were left there, speechless.
SSuofeiyaniArrived in Detroit at 7pm. I had to fly to Los Angeles at noon the next day. I slept in the hotel 🏨 in the airport for one night. Fortunately, I didn't need to call a taxi to and from the airport. The only problem with this Westin is that it is a bit expensive and the facilities are average. American hotels don't have much service. There is nothing wrong with other things. If you don't have high requirements for accommodation, the bed is very comfortable 😌, which can improve the quality of sleep 💤
MMsMaRieLThe hotel was good and the staff/concierge very nice, but the airport shuttle was disappointing. The driver was careless with luggage, rude when asked about terminal information, and muttered curses at passengers. Most concerning, he drove erratically, hitting 53 mph in a 25 mph construction zone during rain at 3:30 AM on 10/14
WW Star USAClose to the airport and easy to acces to the highway, the breakfast is really good. The front desk people the like to work there and funny with every customer. They have shuttle going to the airport 24 hours 7 days a week. The internet in my room is slow because my room is the last one far from the elevator
GGuest UserOutside DTW Airport, there is a shuttle bus (QWIK PARK) to and from the airport, facilities are OK, but basic, no toothbrush toothpaste, towels and wall-mounted DOVE shower gel, shampoo and lotion. Breakfast is served at 5:30 ~ 9:30, three hot dishes, the rest have fruits, several kinds of bread, cereal, fresh milk, etc. After the housekeeper cleaned the room, there was no coffee capsule and paper cup. After returning to the room, it was a bit dumbfounded. However, there is free coffee on the first floor, you can pick it up by yourself. The sound insulation is a bit bad, the sound of closing the door next door and walking vigorously upstairs can be heard, and the pillows and mattresses sleep quite comfortably.
GGuest UserWe loved our stay at the Clarion Hotel metro Detroit airport! We were in the midst of a move and have stayed here twice in the last week for 8 days. It was pretty clean too! It was convenient and close to my job as well. It was nice also has a nice swimming pool and even though I didn't get a chance to swim on the hot days, I loved the grounds and the scenery! So relaxing! The free breakfast was also nice with waffles, eggs and sausage. I have no complaints about it and I would choose it and recommend it as one of my favorites now in this area by the airport, for price, location, and the amenities.
MmasshiroDecent hotel to stay one night. Close to the airport and the shuttle service was very helpful. The room facilities were fine, but the cleanliness was not the best. There are some places to eat around the place, so it's another advantage. I will definitely stay here again if necessary.
AAhgusGood location, but not close to any restaurants. Room is clean and spacious, and there is a shuttle but it is the four points one and another I cannot remember.
EEricI recently stayed at the Howard Johnson by Wyndham Romulus Detroit Metro Airport, and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end! The convenience of this location, just minutes from the airport, made my travel stress-free. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to rest peacefully.
From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was plush and inviting, providing the perfect environment for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the fast Wi-Fi and the in-room coffee maker, which made my stay even more convenient.
The complimentary breakfast was another highlight of my stay. With a nice variety of options, from fresh fruit to hot items like eggs and waffles, it was a great way to start the day before heading out.
The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and efficient, making my travel logistics a breeze. The drivers were courteous and made sure I arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
Overall, my stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Romulus Detroit Metro Airport was nothing short of excellent. The combination of friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities made it an ideal choice for anyone traveling through the Detroit Metro Airport area. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on future trips!
