這個院子在一個，景區下面在修的停車場裏面有一段非常難走的土路，如果是自駕遊還是很推薦這個位置的，因為價格很優惠，若不是自駕遊不建議去了，晚上去的時候還是沒有路燈，挺黑的！海邊的潮氣比較大，還有就是下水道一樣的有反味😂😂😂😂店子裏房間比較多，我們去的時候隔壁還住了一家三口，隔音效果很好哦，都沒有聽到小朋友的聲音，早起這間房間也是可以看到日出的，聽老闆説還能看到日落喲！但是我發現大家很早都走了，因為晚上的時候院子裏還停了幾輛車，等早上我們六點出門的時候已經就衹剩下一輛車了！

這個民宿沒有掛牌，我們訂的套房衞生不太好，房間條件也不好，窗簾發黴了！空調也漏水了！床上有很多小飛蟲！就是很多小土路，很多外地的人來住，後面可以抓螃蟹，我們沒去過！這個地方的日落很美！總之，住宿條件跟路況，還有衞生行程了鮮明的對比！

這是一家有非常濃郁鄉村氣息的海邊住店，有種八十年代大集體時期的校園氣息，遠離城市的喧囂和熱鬧，方圓幾裏聽不到吵鬧，它就像一顆最亮的星靜靜地掛在夜空。非常適合自駕遊且懷舊的朋友去！進客棧有二里地左右的土路不太平整，但車能開進去，下雨了也能沖出來！沒事可以步行去海邊，幾百米的距離，現在不能趕海了，被人承包了，但可以傾聽海浪的聲音。摩天嶺索道就從頭頂過，去摩天嶺或成頭山入口也僅需四五公里左右就到了。腿腳不好的人不方便上二樓可以住在一樓。一樓被褥有點潮味但很乾凈。房間雖然不大，但很整潔。門鎖有點不好開，出門要帶好鑰匙。去衞生間要小心點，要上一個大台階，衞生間可以正常使用，裏面還有晾衣架。晚上儘量早點睡，要不然早起的客人上衞生間容易把你吵醒。吃飯可以在客棧吃，能吃飽。不習慣的話也可以去鎮上吃，啥都有，五六公里左右。網絡看電視有點卡，服務人員很熱情！

離着摩天嶺成山頭確實很近，前提是開車。離着海也很近，不過不建議去走走看看，海腥味臭味垃圾挺破壞情緒的。一到店老闆就説給換個大的房間，房間是一層西面，比較潮濕，蒼蠅不少，衞生間馬桶蓋壞了，地漏排水不暢，洗完澡我都要懷疑下水口堵了嗎，地上積了很多水。晚上睡覺氣味比較難以抵抗，睡不着也沒睡好，原本定了2晚的，衹住了一晚就撤了，不用問，錢肯定別想退了。怪衹怪訂賓館的時候太倉促，沒仔細看他人評價。房間裏的照片沒拍，坐索道的時候拍了幾張周邊環境的，供參考。
