服務態度很好，讓人很舒服，房間本來是木屋，環境很好，但是帶小朋友要考慮，木屋位置比較獨立，很安靜，但是會有一點蚊子，小孩子要做好防蚊，因為有蚊子，前台免費給我們升了房間，別墅區那邊，還帶有客廳，客廳設施也很不錯，很適合一家人或者朋友一起結伴遊玩，最後説下温泉，很好，泡了很舒服，房間裏面也有，外面也有，還有温泉酒店裡麪的大型温泉，可以滿足各種需要，真的很不錯。下次一定還會再去，贊贊贊，拍照忘記了😅😅😅

和朋友開車遊玩，到山莊的時候比較晚，和她説我們從很遠地方開車來體驗的，前台給安排了一間底下的房間，房間異味很大，還沒得停車位，讓停車在大門這邊（走路挺遠，還下雨天）；我們又跑前台要求更改房間，換的房間在斜坡上方，還帶停車位（都氣笑了），期間還沒見到一個服務員，房間設施老舊，洗漱用品也是真的對不起一晚要800多的價位，衞生真的很一般；説實話拋開設施不説，就連基礎的服務都不如一個兩三百一晚的民宿來得讓人舒服，真的是第一次住過讓我哪哪都不滿意的酒店！建議想要來泡温泉的朋友，衹購買温泉門票即可，入住真的大可不必

衞生：還不錯，住的一樓，進去有一股黴味，但是有凈化器，還是能去味
環境：温泉池設施也比較新，坐落在森林裏和國內許多温泉酒店大同小異
服務：很清靜、適合喜歡獨處的朋友
ps：下雨天在温泉池泡，也是不一樣的體驗😀😀

沒有服務可言，大泡池的服務員拽的****，下雨問他哪裡躲雨，用手指了下，自己躺到温泉房了，吃早飯的時候讓那個煮麪的阿姨煮個葉子菜，直接告訴你那邊有自己去不煮！我就想問問，這是服務？垃圾中的戰鬥機！
