"Overall, it was quite good. Not many hot spring pools were open, and the water temperature was mostly around 43 degrees Celsius, which is really too hot for a relaxing soak. Also, around 6 AM, the fire alarm blared, and all the electricity in the rooms went out. I thought there was a fire, and it scared me so much that I ran downstairs without even properly getting dressed. Later, I found out it was a false alarm. The hotel told us that the kitchen fumes were too strong, causing the fire alarm to go off by mistake. This whole incident ruined our mood completely, and the hotel didn't even offer any apologies or compensation to the guests. It's truly infuriating."
