設施有點老舊，尤其空調很臟。服務員挺熱情的，我需要枱燈還特地拿了一個上來。為工人點贊！早餐在十樓，最好在電梯或走廊明顯處公告一下，因為大多數人都會以為是一樓。。。酒店地點不錯。離古城走路十分鐘。

設備老舊，服務極差，有欺詐消費者嫌疑。在平台上訂的30平米的房間，實際上估計也就15平米左右。
當天入住很晚，沒意識到房間給的不對，衹感覺房間小且有黴味，就通風一下先休息了。第二天早上和一起下單的另外一個的標準間一比較發現面積差了一倍，再看了一下訂單兩個都是30平米，頓時感覺被欺詐了。找前台理論要求處理，先説掛的數據不對，又説是有公攤，又説是隨機分房，又説已經入住過了無法做任何處理，全程黑臉，一句道歉沒有，直接説你找攜程投訴吧。
攜程介入後和酒店核實了問題確實存在，但酒店拒絕做任何補償。酒店的態度就是錯在攜程（數據不對）和顧客（沒有及時要求換房），他們自己啥錯沒有。攜程客服態度比較好，道歉並做了適當補償。同時我也撥打瞭如皋12345投訴，但是12345表示這兩天問題確實處理不過來，建議請OTA平台先處理。
我估摸店家是有套路的，訂的大房間給你小房間，如果碰上不太留意或者懶得維權的消費者，就矇混過關；如果碰上及時發現或者較真的消費者，就換個房間或者把問題推給平台；即便被投訴也是擺爛，不用付出任何成本。最後最大輸家還是消費者，不較真就吃暗虧，較真就浪費時間精力。
做生意要憑良心，更要遵紀守法。希望此類不良商家能得到應有的處罰和監管，不要讓劣幣驅逐良幣，不要讓當地的旅遊形象受損，更不要讓消費者寒心。
