This may be an older hotel in Rugby. The location is good, but the facilities are too old. The key issues are:

There is no elevator. I almost hurt my back when moving my luggage when I checked in. When I checked out, the staff helped me carry down. Room small and bathroom even smaller (really hard to do anything there). Lights in the room (bed side) not working and noone available on the reception to sort it. View from the window- old roof with old furniture/ rubbish.. Paid additional for the breakfast and the only warm option is full English where few things were not available (wasn't inform about that when paid just before going for the breakfast). Continental breakfast... Not even a slice of cheese available, for the slice of bread we had to chase staff around the hotel..

Refurbishment on going, debris left in sheep street . Electrical extension lead connection at doorway to ensuite. Thin walls, could hear conversations with staff. Poor paint work. Light switch fell off. Poor paint work. Smoke alarm cabling unclipped. No problems with ensuite.
