開了一整天高速到了晚上十一點多想着在瑞昌睡一晚上休整一下，想着維也納也是連鎖酒店，就直奔着來了，結果就是一整個大避雷！最開始定了一個套房，我已經洗漱完躺下了，不知道是樓上或是樓下麻將房傳來各種噪聲，拖動桌椅和推麻將的聲音，我向前台反饋前台説確實樓上樓下有麻將房但他們不能幹預，於是前台主動提出給我換房，我明確表達了我的訴求就是一定要解決噪音問題，酒店經理出麪安排我們住到5樓最角落的房間並保證不會再有噪音問題，結果就是痛苦了一整晚，真的無法理解你們的隔音，我在大概的時間點聽到門外的各種聲音你們都可以自行查看監控核實，也許我無法要求其他住客動靜小些，但我真的不能理解酒店工作人員在凌晨各種拖動桌椅，你們給我的説辭居然是你們要辦酒席在做佈置？？然後我們確實完全沒休息好也認為酒店方處理的很糟糕，你們的負責人聯繫我確口口聲聲説我們是想白住哈哈，我説的很清楚這個錢我認為酒店不該賺所以我要求你們把這個房費捐款出去截圖給我就行，沒人想佔這種便宜，真的晦氣。圖上200是按金可不是退給我們的錢哈

住過最差勁的維也納，淋浴間地磚破成碎片了還不更換，沒注意光腳踩上去了，疼得差點摔跤，還好沒破皮，洗澡熱水調好後還是忽冷忽熱，是突然一陣冷水，我不信沒有其他住客沒跟你們反應過。不信可以去622房體驗。

去九江途徑維也納就入住了。前台服務蠻好的，但是入住到房間就發現有毛毛，想着也是算了。第二天吃早餐粥裏面居然有飛蛾，當時我就覺得反胃馬上起身就走。身體有點癢要洗個澡，誰知水排不出去的幾分鐘就淹到腳了十分難受。然後就直接退房走了。住還有吃和用的體驗就十分之差。已諮詢報備12315了
