Great location for the ski lifts and slopes - about as close to ski in ski out as you can get while still in the centre of the resort. Very comfortable rooms and excellent food - the pool and panorama whirlpool a highlight. Staff were all very frendly and helpful, from direct booking and answering questions before our stay to everyone working in the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Everything you need during a winter holiday. In my opinion, the location of the hotel is the best in Saalbach (in terms of skiing). Moreover evening wellness, quality gastronomy and nightlife. The staff was helpful and had no problems with anything. I appreciate the cleanliness of the pools. the gastro was exceptional (the cook was a wizard ;).

Our second visit to this superb hotel in beautiful surroundings. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is magnificent and the facilities are top class. It’s the perfect base for a skiing holiday and I hope we can visit again before too long.

Everything was exellent! We were 5 families with kids and stayed for 5-7 days. Location of the hotel, exellent food ( especially dinner), room, facilities, hotel employees, organization of everything - we really enjoyed our stay, this was our best ski vacation. We would recommend this hotel to all.

Great hotel - staff, facilities, food and location all perfect. I've stayed here many times and intend to keep coming back year on year every ski season. Everyone is friendly and it is literally a hundred metres from two of the three main ski lifts

Simply a wonderful hotel from the facilities to the warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. The indoor and outdoor pool with it's swim jet and massaging jets is stunning as is the amazing huge outdoor rooftop hot tub with views of the mountains in all directions. The food is a gastronomic delight with the most amazing soups we have ever tasted and they even offer a Lactose free menu and cater well for vegetarians. It has a warm spacious modern bar area with Rhagee the amazing barman and his delicious cocktails. We will be returning every year as the search is over for the perfect ski hotel for us.

This was our 4th visit to this hotel and once again simply perfect. The hotel is run with tender loving care. The cuisine is of a high standard and all staff are extremely polite yet very friendly. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and I really do mean everywhere. The rooms and public areas are very tastefully decorated. Value for money in summer is unbeatable. Thank you to the whole team and keep us the good work.

This is really nearly a 5 star hotel review. The food is the best half board experience with a gastro experience each night through a 5 course dinner. The service to compliment this is also excellent. The location is perfect with ski in and two gondolas within a few minutes from hotel. The bed and pillows could be comfier. Tip for those booking a triple room is in some triple rooms it is a chair bed so not a full size mattress to not ideal for teenagers or adults. The double rooms are also twin beds together.
