"This was our second visit to this hotel & it was as splendid as the first time. Our welcome at reception as a returning guest was heart warming & very appreciated. Our room on the fourth floor was spacious, comfortable & on the quieter side of the hotel overlooking one of the cable car stations. Food is exceptional, dinner has an alternative menu if the offered menu does not suit the guest, while the buffet offers salads, cold meats, soups & a variety of bread. Food is on offer almost 24/7, it would be impossible to go hungry in this hotel. Although Saalbach itself is a quieter resort there are plenty of stunning mountain walks which if using the cable car the Joker card gives access to free of charge. There is also a Mobility card for free use of bus/train travel, with Zell am See being an easy distance away where the railway station gives further destinations a possibility. Overall, a fabulous hotel where nothing is any trouble to the outstanding staff."

The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is perfect — a peaceful, beautiful, and quiet area surrounded by amazing nature. "We visited Berger's Sports Hotel in Saalbach in June 2026. The welcome from the staff was enthusiastic and friendly and they were always accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned daily and was very comfortable, with a balcony and view down the valley. The fridge was an unexpected bonus. The hotel is well positioned, being within a few minute's walk of two major cable car lifts and the regular bus service, all of which were free with the Joker Card and Guest Mobility Ticket, which were included in our stay. The area has fantastic walking and cycling opportunities, with plenty of options for young and old. Because we visited during a particularly hot spell, the lovely indoor swimming pool was a very welcome addition to the facilities."

"Had a wonderful time! Great breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Comfortable apartment, good beds, large bathroom. Nice hot sauna. Good ski storage room with warm boots, love it. Very easy private ski shuttle to the lifts in Saalbach. Plus underground parking available."

"We were made so welcome at eva, Village. From the moment the wonderful doorman greeted us and whisked our bags away, to the glass of prosecco and efficient check in. We had asked for a larger room but were unable to have this on the first night when we booked so were going to move on day 2, however there had obviously been a change in bookings and to our surprise and delight we were directed to the room that I had wanted and with the view that I had requested. We were so pleased."
