Отель, безусловно, не новый и по сравнению с 2007 годом, когда я останавливался здесь первый раз, многое уже требует реновации. Но мебель и сантехника находятся в хорошем состоянии, на этажах поддерживается чистота, персонал достаточно приветлив. На мой взгляд, соотношение цена/качество для этого отеля, учитывая его очень хорошее местоположение близко к историческим достопримечательностям и основным центральным улицам Санкт-Петербурга, одно из лучших. Цена адекватно учитывает возраст отеля, она для такого уровня качества вполне конкурентоспособная. Хотелось бы большего разнообразия на завтраках (выпечка очень хорошая и разнообразная, а вот по кашам и салатам достаточно небольшой выбор). Есть только соки, но, например, я не увидел простую воду. Кофе хороший. Для желающих предлагают один бокал сухого вина на одного гостя на завтраках.

В отель прекрасно расположен! Чисто, удобный матрас. Принадлежности для чая и кофе. На 9 этаже завтраки в ресторане с панорамным видом. Большой выбор блюд. Но в ресторане , к сожалению , очень медлительный персонал

總體很差，這是我這次旅遊中最差的，沒有之一，我提前一天到，我要修改，他們不回覆，還説衹能按照當時市價訂，不能修改，我下午1:30告知攜程平台修改，我然後打到酒店要修改，她説和平台溝通，我晚上10:30到酒店，問題還沒有處理，要麼市價，我選擇換了一家酒店，同時要求平台取消預訂，但是卻被告知，不能取消，這個太坑人了，平台上寫的提前多久可以取消的規則，根本是假的，不適用，酒店服務員態度極差，感覺自己很拽的樣子，晚上11點半，我從酒店出來，被告知不能入住，還有酒店趕客人的，真的這輩子就沒碰到過，大家記住，千萬不要去，還有他要另外收200元的保證金，不能退還，最差的酒店，對中國人極其不友好，感覺中國人冤大頭，還譏笑顧客，那麼大的酒店，有這種服務，真的是見識到了。

這間酒店服務之差超乎想像，前台以沒有移民卡变相收度假費900卢布，據說旅行游客的移民卡早就取消，況且這本身也不是一个費用怎麼能如此牵强聯系到一起呢？俄羅斯現在真的穷的連900卢布也就70多人民幣都贪了吗？这种黑店希望携程不要合作了吧，坏自己的口碑呀，尤其是酒店訂了又不能退，太不人性化了
