Самое худшее размещение в СПб за последние 10 лет. На ресепшен нас встретила пожилая женщина - яркий образчик ВОХРа режимного предприятия или советской торговки с соответствующим уровнем эмпатии и клиентоориентированности. Мы приехали в отель в 12, заселение по правилам с 13.00, но мы заранее обговорили со службой размещения ранний заезд, и нас заверили что в отеле есть пустые номера и заезд на час раньше не станет проблемой. Но у этой женщины свое представление о ПРАВИЛАХ, поэтому она не моргнув глазом сказала ожидать в холле своего заселения. Аргумент что это заранее обговаривалось, номер пустой и нет большой проблемы если мы на час раньше оставим свои вещи и пойдем по своим делам ее мало интересовал. Потом она долго и нудно по одному бланку доставала какие то формуляры, многократно подчеркивала слово ДОКУМЕНТЫ, и игнорировала просьбу дать ручку, чтобы побыстрее от нее отделаться. В итоге мы въехали на полчаса раньше положенного срока а она к своей радости испортила нам настроение. Судя по другим отзывам не мы первые столкнувшиеся с этой "Шапокляк". Сам номер на твердую 2! Матрасы самые дешевые, под вами вибрируют, спишь как в пионерском лагере на панцирной сетке, подушки набиты какой то свалявшейся ватой. В душевой кабинке по силикону черная плесень, слив забит. хорошо бортик кабины высокий, пока моешься стоишь до середины икры в воде. В номер 2 окна, на обоих москитные сетки, но странным образом комаров в комнате полным полно, пришлось ставить свой фумигатор. Слышимость ужасная в отеле. вы будете невольным свидетелем даже самых тихих разговоров, не говоря уже о телевизоре в холле. Парковки своей нет, при том что отель находится внутри большого двора с абсолютно пустой парковкой, но договориться оставить машину у вас не получится. Из плюсов только близость к метро и милая барышня в службе размещения приславшая нам ссылку на оплату. Хуже еще не было.
