Oberviously I will never order this hotel once again.The room condition is like the video,can you image a hotel @10000rub/night only give you bottle water on the first day?
Can you image the sound insulation bad that you can hear person talk in the next room?person snoring in the next room?
And wifi work in the hotel need to re connect every 24 hours,i order for 7 nights,why don't valid for 7 days?
Due to this,i missed msg from my friend's meeting.
The bad thing is I order for a big bed room and as you can see they just put 2 single bed together.
I give you 1 point just because breakfast is not bad.
很显然这是我第一次订这个酒店也是最后一次订这个酒店。
我把房间的状况发上来大家自己看。
房价大约10000卢布每晚的房间（汇率换算成人民币要800多）隔音如此的差，隔壁的说话声，打鼾声都能听见。
而且这个价格居然只在入住的第一天提供给你两瓶瓶装水，后面就不会再提供给你了。
你们觉得有任何性价比可言吗？
这个酒店的WIFI每24小时需要重新连一次，连接并不复杂，但是我事先不知道，错过了朋友发信息见面的消息。
并且我预定了大床房，这里是2张单人床拼在一起的大床房。

На самом деле это 2 отеля с 1 рецепшн и 1 рестораном: Grand Catherine и Palace Catherina Art. Я выбрала на одну номер smart во втором: мне понравился вид из окна на базилику Святой Екатерины.
Номер маленький, но продуманно наполненный. Мягкий матрас. Минихолодильник. Минисейф. Очень тепло. В санузле 2 комплекта полотенец и уходовые средства. Напор воды хороший. Если нужно, можно попросить чайник в номер.
Завтраки в ресторане «Пхали Хинкали» с 7 до 11. Выбор блюд и напитков разнообразный, из качественных продуктов.

前台英文水平好，溝通無障礙。酒店環境很古典有很多不同的畫拍照好看。步行去冬宮、喀山教堂、滴血教堂都不遠。房間小但該有的都有了，洗手枱會有味道反上來，考慮到是老建築，地段好，這個缺點可以接受。打車直接導航到教堂正門左邊的小路可以進去。如果目的地設定為酒店，打車app會帶到別的地方找不到入口。教堂旁的小門有門禁，零點關，憑房卡刷卡進，門是要推開而不是拉開，實在打不開，可以打酒店前台電話讓出來接。
早餐每天種類有點不一樣，就是典型西式早餐啦，附近餐館很多，訂房時不選早餐也問題不大

這個酒店簡直無可挑剔，入住體驗感極佳。位置很好，在各大景區附近，剛出大門，喀山大教堂立即映入眼簾。出門即是涅瓦大街，百年文創書店，離滴血大教堂步行5分鐘可達。冬宮，聖依薩大教堂都在附近，距離極佳。附近有很多餐廳店鋪，商品玲琅滿目，遊人如織。酒店裡麪簡直是一個宮殿，奢華氣質。

Отель просто шикарный! Расположение очень удобное, находится в самом центре напротив Казанского собора, непосредственно возле базилики Св . Екатерины. Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный, есть даже шампанское . Чистота везде, кулеры на каждом этаже. Кругом очень красиво как в музее ! В отеле можно взять интересную и завораживающую красотой Питера экскурсию на крышу! В следующий раз только в этот отель!!!!
