Хорошее место, отель уютный, приятный, жаль что не было бутылки для воды в номере, но на этаже кулеры по пути к номеру, в остальном всего было достаточно. Расположение лично для меня было удобное. Хорошая слышимость,слышно каждое слово из соседнего номера) а ночью храп 😀

Отличный отель!!! Останавливаемся в нем уже второй раз. Заселение быстрое без проволочек. Попросили номер на 2 этаже, заселили без проблем. Завтраки шведский стол, разнообразные блюда. Каждый для себя может выбрать на любой вкус. Голодными не останешься. Большой плюс-отель находится в самом центре Питера. Все достопримечательности рядом.

Каждый год приезжая в Питер заселяемся в этот отель и каждый год он нас радовал, кроме этого. Очень скатился… Полотенца не могли поменять и принести в течении 3 суток. Вся постель в пятнах, что было огромным шоком для нас. На просьбы сменить номер или сделать что-то с постельным бельем и полотенца нас просто кормили «завтраками». Но самое забавное было когда в с 7 утра заверещала серена эвакуации, которую не могли выключить в течении часа, как поняли, что-то сгорела на кухне, выспаться нам не дали. компенсировать все это естественно не стали, Не вернемся сюда больше не когда, последняя поездка очень огорчила.

Все было очень неплохо. Конечно, хуже, чем 2 года назад. Но - обслуживание номеров - отличное. Завтрак - на уровне. Однако. Я выезжаю в 11 утра, на ресепшен сдаю ключи. У меня их принимают. Далее - я сажусь на диван, чтобы вызвать такси до вокзала. В это время парень и девушка на ресепшен начинают между собой громко говорить на незнакомом мне языке. Смеялись. Это - не русский - государственный, это - не английский. Я почувствовала себя некомфортно. Может, они обсуждали меня. Я - очень толерантна. У меня муж - не русский. НО! Они находились при исполнении служебных обязанностей. Язык - либо государственный - русский, либо - английский. Я в Финляндии в отелях не слышала между персоналом общение по-фински. Только - английский. Извините. Мое мнение - это - неправильно. Либо - государственный язык, либо - английский.
