Positive about the hotel/B&B is the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast is good, but for 18€ p/p I would expect a better offer. What bothered us was the non-working AC, which we did pay for and how the problem was dealt with. It was quite warm in the room and we slept very badly. Opening a window was only possible after midnight, when it was quieter on the street (room on the street side). The non-working AC was reported after our stay and was dismissed as a technical fault and a discount was offered on our next stay. When we asked for guarantees that the AC would work (and asked for a refund in case of non-working AC) there was complete radio silence, which makes us suspect that the AC installation in the building was not active during our stay and there was no "technical fault" at all.

Uitstekend verblijf centraal gelegen, lekker ontbijt. Vlotte service. Modern interieur en moderne aanpak qua check-in & uit. Alles in teken van een comfortabel verblijf. Kamer zeer goed uitgerust, piekfijn sanitair (meteen warm water in de douche)! Warm aanbevolen.
