"This hotel is on a very noisy road. In the middle of the night a truck started to make noise below our window. We didnt sleep at all. When i confronted the owner she told me on the website was mentioned they are a city hotel. And when i wanted to leave they made me pay for the nights we where not going to stay there. So no customer understanding, only looking to money in."
