The rooms are spacious and bright, and the furnishings are very exquisite and comfortable. Bedding and toiletries are high-quality products, which makes me feel the warmth of home. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, very close to attractions and business districts, within walking distance. In addition, the hotel also provides a rich breakfast choice and tastes beautiful. The waiter is kind and friendly and will take the initiative to help you solve the problem, which makes people feel very comfortable. In short, this hotel is top notch in terms of hardware facilities and service quality, I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. I will choose this hotel next time I come here again!

It's close to the station, so it's easy to find and I didn't get lost. I was there after an event at Saitama Super Arena, so it was great that it was close to the arena. However, the amenities included lotion and emulsion, so I bought them at a nearby convenience store. It was good that the convenience store was on the second floor, but it would have been better if they had lotion and other items. I'd like to use it again next time.
