Hello, I made a reservation for the night of 11/09 to 11/10. My reservation number *********** refers to my partner's anniversary and I specified that I had a small gesture that was not taken into account. This is not so serious. On the other hand, when I arrived the room had 3 single beds (single beds) while I asked for a double bed. A toilet bowl breaks or you can hurt yourself. The soap dish is dirty. A TOWEL WITH A BLOOD STAIN! This is unacceptable. I took the photos so I have proof that I can send you by email. I would like you to refund me for the night I spent. THANK YOU

Very poor insulation in the rooms, you can hear everything that happens in neighboring rooms and in the corridor. Very good location with sea view, shops and restaurants nearby.

Stayed here last week for a small family holiday. 4 adults & 1 child under the age of 5. Hotel was clean, rooms were cleaned every day, pools were clean, lifts all in working order - we chose to use the glass elevator near the middle pool as less foot traffic. Food was okay, but not much choice or taste. Strange combinations of food put together, no real menu. We ate out a lot, even though we were half board basis. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The staff in the bar and staff cleaning were all chatty, and friendly. The hotel is situated on a steep hill - we travelled in May start of the season and we experienced high winds, especially around the top pool, was too cold to sit or keep child in the pool. The biggest put off for this hotel was the amount of school children/teenagers staying here and in the opposite hotel - sister hotel 4R Salou Park II. Who were also using all facilities of Park I. These kids were shouting, screaming and shouting across balconies gone 3am - to the point other guests were getting into altercations with them to shut them up. The kids were rude, unruly and loud. Swarms of them in the canteen and every day, running around the pool area in the afternoon not taking care of younger guests around. It was like their personal play ground. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel to any families, and I would not return.
