"The arrival was great, my daughter had a fever and was vomiting and they helped us by giving us the room sooner, but the afternoon reception shift was no longer very attentive, we called like 15 times and they didn't answer, I went three times to ask for sheets because they left us the sofa bed without sheets and they told me they would bring them and they arrived at 12 at night with the sheets but I had to go in person three times because they don't answer the phone and not because they had people no, because every time I went the reception was empty but because they passed the phone directly because I called from in front of it and they were talking to each other... there was also no plug in the bathtub and they told me it was because of the drought and there is no longer a drought... so it's no use having a bathtub... and well the day of departure we were sleeping and they started biting at 9 and we were sleeping and since we didn't answer they entered the room waking us up a disaster between the day before they brought us the sheets at 12 at night and they opened the door at 9 in the morning relax as it is called relax nothing!"
