Amazing
GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this place. The grounds were beautiful and you felt like you were really in the middle of the jungle, but with all your creature comforts. Breakfast each morning was great, with a good choice of local and western options. Would definitely stay again.
GGuest UserThe hotel looks exactly like the images, our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The whole hotel has the jungle vibe that’s expected from the area. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Not walking-distance from a lot of places but we had a car so no problem there. I would visit again.
RRenee MilevojThey were very strict about having a person added to the room and there was a dead frog in one of the hot tubs late at night- but it was afterhours lol. It is a natural hot spring and I am not really a nature-nature person. My friends didn't care as it is surrounded by the rainforest. Overall, I loved it and would consider coming back for a romantic weekend with my husband. More for couples or relaxing than a party group.
VVerified MemberThe staff were all great, especially all the restaurant staff. I especially appreciated the hotel making special arrangements to celebrate my birthday. However, some of the shortfalls included the very slow and inconsistent WIFI at our building (500), the bathroom door couldn’t be kept closed, and the in room jacuzzi never got hot. But on the positive note, the in room AC was very good, the room, bathroom and shower were spacious and had hot water.
P.S. I was underwhelmed by my undercooked tomahawk during dinner.
AAifengxiangdeqiqiA cost-effective hotel. The resort is very big. It’s best to have a car. If you don’t have a car, you can call a shuttle. The breakfast is very good. There are 8 hot spring pools inside. The volcano viewing spot is even more beautiful than the national park. I really recommend it.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful experience with Casa Luna! The hotel property is beautiful with an amazing garden. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious!
The hotel staff are very nice and ready to help. One night we were walking in the garden, we ran into a hotel security, Dimas (hope I got the name right). We asked about animals. Dimas right away gave us a tour and showed us so many animals! We saw sloth, snake, frogs (including the green one), alligator, fresh water crab...all in the hotel garden!!! The garden is a paradise. Inside the hotel property, all we could hear was the sounds of insects, frogs, birds...
We are so happy that we stayed at Casa Luna!
Bbibo duI have to say that the price of the ordinary room is super high. He is located on the edge of the volcano and the volcanic lake. The staff at the front desk are very warm and patient. The view of the infinity pool is also invincible nearby. 11. When we lived on the 16th, I loved his balcony and sat on the bench to enjoy a few days of isolation, but I suggested that friends with a relatively high living environment choose the hotel's exquisite suites. The bathroom in the ordinary room is a bit cramped and there is no refrigerator and hair dryer. Breakfast is fixed type 1, there are not many choices, fruit has a small piece of pineapple, a small piece of watermelon and papaya is very small, we asked for one more fruit on the first day but charged 2 knives the next day. Because the restaurant under the mountain is about one kilometer away, we still used dinner in the restaurant and the taste was good.
GGuest UserAmazing amazing amazing! I want to go back already! Hot springs were amazing, I love the option of having at least one of the hot springs open 24/7, they change it each night for cleaning purposes, they’re very strict on the towels, each one is literally accounted for otherwise there is a fee per towel, no big deal as long as you keep track, didn’t really need to carry a towel around anyway, the only downside I’d have to say was the Italian restaurant was much better then the buffet option, also the slides are pretty intense, I actually hurt my foot on one of them, but it didn’t stop the fun. Wish I were back there!
