"Worst resort to deal with. We had made reservations and pre paid for stay at the resort from 12/26/23-12/29/23. Due to sudden death of my mother on 12/2623 we had to cut our vacation short and return to the US. Despite providing them the paperwork from the hospital where my mother was taken, they refused to reimburse the money prepaid for the stay. I Will NEVER stay at he resort again and given their lack of professionalism would never recommend them to anyone. Dealing with them was worst possible experience for me."
