in the mid of summer, Air condition did not work, and there was no solution. Open windows, hear the cars pass thru the street and leave early to avoid daylight increasing temperature... clogged sink, quite disgusting. Breakfast was OK. Would never repeat.

Great stay for one night . Less than 10 mins walk to walls , on a lovely quiet street The views of the towers from hotel are great Hotel was brilliant. Good room with cute balcony , great aircon, very clean , good bathroom The staff were the best in any hotel we have met this trip Lovely breakfast in garden too

A small but excellent hotel only a few minutes from front gate of town. Friendly staff, good rooms and a pleasant stay. Nice and quiet with some nice views. Elevator for room access upstairs. A group of 5 of us all enjoyed the hotel and it’s service and amenities.

There on a walking tour. On arrival we were welcomed with open arms and immediately take to our room despite early check in. Room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Staff very helpful i the advice and because it was Monday and the hotel restaurant was closed, helped us make a dinner reservation. Breakfast was good except for the hard scrambled eggs.

The location is close to the walled city. Breakfast was good, but other things were not (see below). Parking (available on the street) is scarce and problematic. In our room (number 22) all furniture "slipped", even the bed moved while we leaned back to read. Wifi was not good.

A maggio abbiamo trascorso una notte qui con un gruppo di camminatori percorrendo la VF da Lucca a Siena ed essendoci trovati benissimo, siamo ritornati per 3 giorni. Siamo stati benissimo anche questa volta perciò ritorneremo per la terza volta non avendo ancora visto tutto a San Gimignano, bravi tutti. Grazie per averci fatto parcheggiare davanti all'albergo.
