I waited for a long time at the front desk before I started checking in. The front desk was short-staffed during holidays and was in a mess.
It was already past 7pm and there were many guests waiting at the front desk. They said the room had not been cleaned yet. In the end, I upgraded to a suite for free.
The tissue box in the room is covered in dust, and the window glass is dirtier than my car window glass
The hair dryer plug is also not plugged into the bathroom, and there is a conversion plug, which is loose and can't be plugged in securely.
When I opened the closet door, I saw two pillows lying there in a mess.
The light switches were all messed up, the TV couldn't be turned on at all, and I slept through the night.
