"Before booking this hotel, I compared several options and chose this one because of its high ratings and the fact that the hotel responded to every review diligently. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the high-speed rail station. The room was very clean, with a large window and comfortable bed. The bathroom also had a separate shower and toilet. The receptionist proactively reminded me that the water and drinks in the room were free and even provided a children's toothbrush for my child. I booked a standard room, which only included two breakfasts, but the receptionist gave me an extra one. The milk at breakfast was fragrant, and the spicy soup was also quite good and delicious. The receptionist was very friendly and proactively introduced nearby restaurants and attractions."

"The swimming pool should be rented out to others for training. It is not friendly to guests. No matter how many people go swimming with one room card, they only give one bath towel, which is inconvenient. The bathroom environment inside is very poor and smelly. Furthermore, after entering, an area is designated for individuals. There are four swimming lanes in the entire swimming pool, leaving less than half for the residents. They are treated differently and euphemistically called training over there. The floating rope in the middle is not allowed to be touched. It is said to be broken. Bad review! These comments are all for the swimming pool and the room service is very good."

"As a loyal Ctrip user, I always strive to provide honest and responsible feedback on my accommodation experiences, offering valuable insights for prospective guests to compare hotels from multiple perspectives. However, this stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Putting aside everything else, the lobby reception was utterly inadequate for a luxury hotel. Frankly, there was virtually no service. The hotel seemed to be taking advantage of its size, with the lobby staff being incompetent. Perhaps this hotel hosts numerous conferences and has no shortage of rooms, so their service was dismissive, lacking any of the service expected of a star-rated hotel. Choosing this hotel was the worst experience I've had in years! Utterly disappointed, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone expecting luxury hotel service!"

Given the "hot spring" in the name I thought there might be a fancy pool are but it just means the hot water in the rooms comes from a hot spring. The sockets in the rooms are Chinese only so international travellers should bring an adapter or a Chinese charger for their devices."
