I had booked a two-night stay, but my child developed a fever in the middle of the night on the first night. I tried calling the front desk to ask if they had a thermometer, and less than five minutes after hanging up, a thermometer was delivered to my room. When the front desk staff brought me the medicine I had ordered from takeout, they thoughtfully included a few extra bottles of water, which immediately calmed me down. Because my child was sick, we checked out the next day. Before checking out, the front desk proactively informed me that I could cancel the second night's stay, which was unexpected, as I had thought that bookings were non-refundable! The hotel's buffet breakfast and lunch were also excellent. There were also complimentary roasted sweet potatoes and hot drinks on the first floor. I didn't get to see everything this time, but I'll definitely go back next time and stay at your hotel again!!"

"We took the kids to Sanmenxia for a spring outing during the Qingming Festival holiday! The hotel environment was elegant and comfortable, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, resolving any issues promptly. After a day of fun, we could relax in the hot springs at the hotel, which was very relaxing and rejuvenating. The surrounding area was convenient with plenty of restaurants and transportation options, and it was only a ten-minute drive to the Dikengyuan (a traditional courtyard house), making it very convenient!"

No. 1 of Premium Hotels in Sanmenxia"The five-star hotels I have stayed in are not too few. The breakfast is OK. The service of the catering department is very good, helping to heat up the food, and the missing meals can be replenished in time. Here are a few issues encountered for encouragement:
1. There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place;
2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed;
3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation;
4. The structure of the room is very peculiar, as shown in Figure 1, the shooting angle is the door of the house, and the two beds are directly facing when the door is opened;
5. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price;
6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion."

"After visiting the 'Di Keng Yuan' scenic area, we decided to try out a traditional pit-dwelling guesthouse in Nanying Village. This guesthouse is conveniently located right by the main road, which was a huge plus as we didn't have to drive deep into the village searching for it. The owner, a local, and their family were incredibly welcoming and warm. The food was delicious, and that pancake they served for breakfast was simply amazing! I hope their guesthouse business thrives and flourishes!"

The sheets and duvet covers were very comfortable, and there were plenty of takeout options nearby, making it very convenient. The restaurant on the first floor, while small, was very good at breakfast, and I'd even describe it as delicious. Parking was also available, with what appeared to be both ground and underground parking areas. The only downside was the soundproofing. One night, two women from the next door were chatting late, and the man from another room finally called out to them to stop them. Oh, and before leaving, they even packed up local specialties and two bottles of water. The service was truly excellent, and the women were helpful and attentive."

Looking at the foyer, lobby and decoration, it must have been a place to receive big leaders and cadres in the past, so when you book a room, you will find that there are many single rooms, which are not called double rooms but single rooms. The double boutique standard room I booked was larger, and the bathroom was pretty good, with a bathtub and shower, the water was very hot, almost all disposable items were provided, and the toothbrush was also very useful. The bed is also very comfortable, but compared to the standard room single beds in newly renovated hotels that usually range from 1.35 meters to 1.5 meters, the 1.2-meter bed here is really small, so you should be careful when bringing children. The bed is relatively high and does not lean against the walls on either side. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip showed that it would upgrade my room. When I checked in, the lady was also very polite and said that if there were elderly families, I could get a room closer to the elevator, or I could walk a little further and get a room with a balcony. Listen. I was quite happy. My mother also praised the service here for respecting the elderly and caring for the young. In the end, I was given a room that was almost at the end of the corridor and next to the balcony room without a balcony... This polite service was a bit boring. Oh... the breakfast was pretty good. It cost 40 yuan for an extra person. The food was also very good. There were mutton soup, rice noodles, noodles and dumplings, all of which were delicious. 📍 Full location: The hotel is right next to the city government, it is convenient to go anywhere, parking is free, and it is very friendly to friends who drive by themselves.
🧹 Health is very assured: the room is very clean as a whole, it is worthy of the whole season, as always standardized. Although it is the city center, the windows are closed and quiet, and there is no noise trouble.
🤵 Service is super warm: You must focus on praise Xiao Wang at the front desk! Check-in was very fast, and I also helped arrange a quiet room, very intimate. It is also very convenient to send things by robot at night.
🛏️ Practical facilities: The electric curtains and screen-cast TV in the room are very easy to use, the shower water is large, and the bath is comfortable. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, which is very practical for our guests who have been playing for a few days.

"The room was very clean and quite large. There were free midnight snacks and coffee, as well as free clothing. The parking lot was also large. The front desk ladies were also very welcoming. They provided small clips, rubber bands, and small bags of laundry detergent in the lobby. They were very considerate and heartwarming. So I stayed another night with my friend. We discussed that if we have the opportunity to come here again during the Chinese New Year, we would stay here again."
