Sanmenxia Swan Yun International Hotel

The swimming pool should be rented out to others for training. It is not friendly to guests. No matter how many people go swimming with one room card, they only give one bath towel, which is inconvenient. The bathroom environment inside is very poor and smelly. Furthermore, after entering, an area is designated for individuals. There are four swimming lanes in the entire swimming pool, leaving less than half for the residents. They are treated differently and euphemistically called training over there. The floating rope in the middle is not allowed to be touched. It is said to be broken. Bad review! These comments are all for the swimming pool and the room service is very good.

There was a smell as soon as the room was opened, and I had red pimples on my body until midnight. Breakfast was not smooth, and my stomach felt uncomfortable after eating. The facilities are pretty good, and the concierge is the highlight. Fortunately, the problem was dealt with promptly and remedial measures were taken in a sincere manner.

The location is quite good, the view from the room is very good! Opposite the hotel is Miaodigou Museum and Heritage Park, less than three kilometers away from Sanmenxia South Station, with convenient transportation. The painting in the hall is so beautiful, summarizing the past and present of Sanmenxia!

The five-star hotels I have stayed in are not too few. The breakfast is OK. The service of the catering department is very good, helping to heat up the food, and the missing meals can be replenished in time. Here are a few issues encountered for encouragement: 1. There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place; 2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed; 3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation; 4. The structure of the room is very peculiar, as shown in Figure 1, the shooting angle is the door of the house, and the two beds are directly facing when the door is opened; 5. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price; 6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion.

The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom didn't smell bad. You can see the Yellow River from the hotel window. The only downside is that there are too few places to eat around. Breakfast is rich for adults but a bit expensive for children. They can't eat anything at all.

Service; overall service is very good!
