The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March

The five-star hotels I have stayed in are not too few. The breakfast is OK. The service of the catering department is very good, helping to heat up the food, and the missing meals can be replenished in time. Here are a few issues encountered for encouragement: 1. There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place; 2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed; 3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation; 4. The structure of the room is very peculiar, as shown in Figure 1, the shooting angle is the door of the house, and the two beds are directly facing when the door is opened; 5. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price; 6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion.

The room was lovely and clean and the staff amazing. Unfortunately I ended up quarantined and then having to move to a quarantine facility so the staff prepared a care package for me to take to the quarantine facility, including daily use items and snacks to get me through. 嘉琪 English name Carkey went above and beyond returning my training tickets and picking up things from the supermarket for me when I was initially quarantining at the hotel. She made sure that after my quarantine I could return to the hotel and use the nights I had booked and couldn't use. When I came to Sanmenxia for a trip, I was lucky enough to choose the Sosia Hot Spring Hotel. Let me talk about my experience staying here. It was full of surprises and I have to give it a thumbs up! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles. Not only did they check us in quickly, they also handed us a local travel guide and marked the key points on the map for us. They were very thoughtful. The lobby is elegant and stylishly decorated. The aroma in the lounge area is refreshing and instantly washes away travel fatigue. The rooms are impeccable and large in size. The layout is very reasonable with a separate seating area. The lighting is excellent, just open the curtains and you can take in the beautiful scenery. We booked a double bed room with a soft, warm and supportive mattress, which made us feel refreshed after a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were brand new, and the hot water came out quickly and at a stable temperature. The hotel also pays attention to details, including free mineral water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and ample charging ports, which can meet all our daily needs such as charging our various photographic equipment. Let’s talk about the hot spring bath in the room. It can accommodate 3~4 people and the water temperature is very comfortable. The hotel also has an outdoor hot spring pool, but I didn't try it due to the weather. I heard that it is a different experience to take a hot spring bath outdoors on a snowy day, so I must experience it if I get the chance. I will come to this city again and visit the Sosia Spa Hotel. It is my best choice and I recommend it to all tourists!

I always thought that hot spring hotels are for casual stays, and don't pursue cleanliness too much, but this one changed my mind. Because in the morning I saw them drain the water from the hot spring pool and scrub the pool and massage chair vigorously. The room is very large, the hot spring water is colorless and tasteless, but it is a real hot spring, and it feels slippery when you soak in it. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and it is relatively close to the pit courtyard. The only disadvantage is that parking is tight

The room is big enough for two people and three suitcases can also be loose. It is really convenient to have a writing desk for temporary office work. The room facilities look like some years, but they are not at all inconsistent, and the comfort is very high. The main reason is that the details are really good, whether it is staff or hardware, it is OK. The hotel is in a large courtyard, very quiet, convenient parking, you can register the license plate number with the front desk. The breakfast tastes good and is hearty, with spicy soup, porridge, noodles, toast, and stir-fried vegetables. The laundry room has two washing machines, one dryer, which can be worn directly after washing, and there are also hanging ironing machines.
