硬件很強 各方面設施沒得説
温泉輕食準備了免費的紅棗薑茶 甜點甜湯
其餘小吃定價合理（温泉蛋3元 雞爪4元 鴨頭8元）
還有湯麪拌麪等主食可選擇
周圍沒啥吃的 衹能在酒店內解決
住客很少 很清靜所以也沒什麼服務
健身房沒什麼人 跑步機沒插電 不提供毛巾飲用水
小插曲是泡温泉忘了時間 出來大約兩點零幾分
火速把房卡交回了前台並申請去去房間拿剩餘的東西 然後前台就不停打電話催促 説要收加時費 可我們並非在拖延啊 衹能火急火燎地背包走人結果落了東西 又跑回去拿
哎 並非旺季也沒有住客等着 放鬆點多好呢
不過查房小姐姐很有耐心 讓我們不要着急 先收拾好再説
總體還是不錯的體驗 但服務可以更好

性價比高，過年人不多，温泉水質好，泡完皮膚絲滑，還送點心。酒店內點餐分量足，一份兩個人吃都夠。可以去三元格氏栲國家森林公園空氣真好。服務到位熱情。早餐豐盛。

酒店存在欺客，第一天入住當著麪打電話説不包含温泉門票，第二天繼續入住前台説包含温泉門票，第三天退房又説不包含門票讓我們補差，恰巧進來一個也是去哪網的用户，説電話諮詢包含門票才到的店，又變成包含，不論包含不包含，酒店前台即使説錯，也是酒店需要承擔的責任，不是假意贈送所謂的温泉門票。另外，酒店服務人員告知早餐10:30結束，等不到十點下樓，已經撤餐。裝修的很新，穿着的很專業，要價在當地不低，但是極差的服務能力，奉勸大家，訂房間的時候問清楚，這樣的服務不配在當地售賣這麼高的房價。#位置交通不是很順路，不泡温泉不會去#房間設施第一天入住，抽屜就掉下來#早餐時間不明確#停車沒有停車桿，進出大敞門#WIFI#性價比極差#衞生#服務服務差到了極點，這麼多年出差經驗及酒店消費，也是去哪網的鉑金客户，第一次遇到這麼差的酒店

我們住店 前一晚打電話問幾點能入住 他們説隨時
昨天下午入住等房間打掃等了半小時[破涕為笑]
在我們後面辦理入住的客人都可以順利入住，就我們一家老小等了半個小時😂
一個房間送兩張温泉票~温泉有送小點心，一碗銀耳湯、兩塊小蛋糕、一碟榨菜、一個茶葉蛋、一個橘子
我們昨天下午去泡温泉，昨天人多，還有幾個池子是空的
我們想錯峯今早起來泡~結果前台説昨天泡過了 今天不能再泡[笑臉]
房間礦泉水喝完了 打電話叫前台送水説“按道理要收費，我衹能再送你兩瓶了”[破涕為笑]
