I have never written reviews for a place to stay... but this time I did! We booked and paid for a room for a disabled person with a large bathroom, when we arrived the room/bathroom was very small. Since we did not use the holiday they promised us a refund of the amount paid. From January to March no one came forward, so consequently we pressed the facility to find out news about the refund. After several calls they sent us the accountant (not authorised to send the payment). A few days ago, we called back, because after a week from when it was communicated that they had made the transfer, we did not see the slightest shadow of a credit on the account, the call was taken by an ARROGANT and RUDE person (perhaps responsible for the facility), he used arrogant tones, laziness and insinuated that all this waiting time was a problem with our bank.. never heard such RUDENESS before. This fact is very serious because it is called a scam! In all this we have still not received anything.... Shame.
