When I made the reservation, I found that the room would be Queen bed, we were given a bed with a couple bed, the box of the very small bathroom, very bad. On the reception when I asked for another savon, because there was only one in the bathroom, the receptionist suggested that I should pick the reception, which I thought strange, there would be no problem to go down to pick the savon, just that he just arrived from tired trip, I found a lot of lack of consideration of the hotel with the guests (and the soap only to find no spume was made) before I had taken it home.
