We have stayed in this property before. it was previously quite good. It is to be avoided now. The rooms are dirty and very poorly maintained We were asked to sign a document listing other paperwork which they refused to produce The cleaning is beyond substandard in communal areas We will not be returning

Although the hotel is well located in Las Condes, there’s nothing special beyond that. Cleanliness is something that the hotel is definitely not aware of. Rooms are dirty, kitchen and bathroom are horrible. PLEASE don't book this hotel! Enjoy you stay at Santiago and book another hotel

Everyone is very helpful, they master the procedures and are attentive, especially Leandro. Pleasant environment. Cleaning is very well done, with the exception of the kitchen sink drains and especially the bathroom, it is occasionally necessary to sanitize the ciphon, as it gives off a bad smell. In the two apartments I've stayed in, there was a bad smell from these drains (when water flows, the smell rises). The micro refrigerator left something to be desired, as my stay was long, it is very small and it freezes the food if you increase the cooling level, but if you don't increase it, you won't be able to keep ice cream frozen, it will remain in a liquid state. For short stays, it's perfect. Suggestion for TV, add streaming services like Netflix, Star+ and Amazon Prime.
