The old house has been converted into a cool new small hotel, but it has a few very inconsiderate shortcomings. First, there is no elevator. It is very inconvenient if you carry luggage on the third floor. Second, the rooms and bathrooms are super small. , there is no room to move, not even a place to put your wallet, keys and cell phone, there is only a small bedside table in the room. Very inhumane. Even if you order two shelves on the wall, is it easy? Third, it is a bit far away from the main scenic spots in the city.

The hotel is beautiful, located in the Concha y Toro neighborhood with its beautiful mansions, cobblestones and small palaces. We loved the warm service, the place was very clean and nice, comfortable and with a delicious buffet breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel. Close to a metro station and with several restaurants around. It is in a village where the houses (some over 100 years old) belonged to the Concha y Toro family. There is no shortage of kindness and helpfulness among employees. Clean rooms, clean bathroom and enough size for a couple. Simple but delicious breakfast. Every afternoon (5:30pm - 6:30pm) they offer a free coffee and snacks. Likewise, from 7:30pm - 8:30pm, a wine tasting with snacks as well. A kindness that ends up compensating for the only drawback of the hotel, which is the noise generated by the echo inside. All rooms have doors and windows to a hall inside the building. The noise of conversations in the corridors and at reception (where breakfast, afternoon coffee with snacks and wine tasting take place), as well as the bell that rings every time a guest enters, echoes throughout all the rooms, including in the early hours of the morning. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

Small room with a window to the hallway that doesn't block the light at night. Limited breakfast and unprofessional service. I was robbed at the hotel. The elevator doesn't work for luggage transportation and there is no staff to help. Upon arrival, we waited for more than 30 minutes, even after the check-in time of 3 pm. The shower flooded for two days, even though we requested maintenance. I do not recommend it.

O hotel é bem localizado, a alguns metros da estação de metrô República, no Centro de Santiago. Quarto grande, arejado e bem iluminado, com cama de casal confortável. TV deveria ter um pacote de streaming adequado (Netflix, etc.). Banheiro pequeno. Café-da-manhã bom, de qualidade. Destaque para o atendimento dos funcionários, que foi excepcional. Destaque também para o chá e bolos de cortesia no final da tarde, e no início da noite degustação de vinhos! Minha experiência foi muito agradável! Gracias, amigos!

Excelente servicio el grupo hotelero un 10 .camas impecables buen baño ambiente familiar y disponibilidad para comer o pedir algo usando sus instalaciones recomiendo para familias . Ncesitaba ir a Santiago a una reunión y creo fue una excelente opción, muy Central de todo sin necesidad de utilizar vehículo, Estación de Metro muy Cerca, el Hotel una casona antigua restaurada con muy buenos detalles en su decoracion. El servicio excelente desde el momento de la Reserva, la Recepción, todo muy personalizado. Habitación cómoda muy bien temperada, ducha con muy buena temperatura. El desayuno estuvo fantástico Jugo Natural y exquisito café. Será la primera opción cuando tenga que ir a Santiago.
