Everything was perfect, the view was fantastic and the breakfast was so delicious. The hotel is not far from the Airport and there’s a shuttle bus to Fira. The most impressive is the service of the hotel staff provided, every staff were well trained, especially Mr. Vagos, he provide an exceptional service, he help us a lot with patience and always with a big smile. Mr. Vagos is definitely a valuable asset to the hotel.
I will definitely come back to the hotel next time.
Very good house! Very good boss! He helped us rent a car with only a mainland driver's license. And the house has very good earthquake resistance because of the recent Athens earthquake. The boss is a very tasteful person, and his aesthetic taste can be felt in the decoration of the house.
The room is quiet, clean, and has many details. You can cook, open the curtains to see the sea, and the kitchen paper is also very generous. It is within the delivery distance of the Chinese restaurant Yixiangju. It is very comfortable to live in, and there are too many advantages
Friends who drive themselves should go to this house, which is very cost-effective. If you rely on public transportation, you may have to rely on taxis to live here.
The hotel is nice. The waiters are handsome and enthusiastic. It was already after 12 o'clock when I checked in. They helped me carry my luggage to the room, taught me how to open and close the windows, and showed all kinds of care... I was very touched by being in a foreign country.
You can order breakfast freely, and it’s actually free. Like it!
It is very convenient to travel near the hotel. It is a few minutes walk to the bus stop to Fira and the entrance of the green Carrefour, but the citywalk in Santorini does not work! The bus costs 1.6 euros and is very convenient!

We stayed in a loft suite with jacuzzi and cannot recommend The Apeiron enough. Our room was spotless and the views were nothing short of spectacular. The staff were friendly and happy to assist with any requests. The hotel is well located approx 2 -3 kms from the main restaurant and shopping precinct
The hotel is about one kilometer away from the town, and it is also along the coastline. Although the hotel has a regular shuttle bus to and from the hotel, it is also very comfortable to walk to the town. The hotel rooms are all facing the sea, lying on the bed to enjoy the beautiful Aegean sunset. The hotel is built along a steep slope southwest of the island, with three or four layers of staggered, white houses undulating along the mountain. First came to the 24-hour front desk, which is surrounded by swimming pools and infinite water features. The restaurant is fully transparent and has a view on all three sides. The room is also white, and there are private hot tubs in front of the room. The hot water is quite powerful, hot and hot. However, there is a lack of fresh water on the island, and tap water cannot be eaten and eaten!

Grab a bite to eat at the hotel's restaurant, where you can take in the ocean view and dine alfresco. Or stay in and take advantage of the room service (during limited hours). A complimentary full breakfast is served daily from 8 AM to noon.
Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours), and a ferry terminal shuttle is also provided at no charge.
Make yourself at home in one of the 6 individually decorated guestrooms, featuring refrigerators and plasma televisions. Rooms have private furnished balconies or patios. Satellite programming and MP3 docking stations are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Bathrooms with shower/tub combinations feature jetted bathtubs and complimentary toiletries.
The brother at the front desk was so enthusiastic and explained everything clearly when he arrived. As soon as we arrived, we were attracted by the swimming pool and the sunset. The room is tidy but a bit old, which is normal for 2 stars. .
Our experience at Volcano View Hotel far surpassed our already high expectations. The level of service provided was exceptional, with a remarkably friendly and attentive staff.
The rooms were nothing short of fabulous, not only in their design but also in their impeccable cleanliness and provision for all our needs. The thoughtful inclusion of drinking water and complimentary Nespresso coffee added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The balcony afforded us a breathtaking panoramic view over the Aegean and the majestic volcanic mountain.
The convenience of the hotel's transportation service to and from the charming town of Fira was a noteworthy highlight, making exploring the area a seamless endeavor.
The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections. We especially enjoyed all the local dishes.
Our heartfelt gratitude for a truly memorable stay at your remarkable establishment.
The service of the hotel is very good, The staff will warmly lead us into the room. Everyone's face is full of smiles, the overall experience is very good, and the price is very high.
The hotel's transportation is not very convenient, but there is a free shuttle bus to fira station. The bus stop near the hotel is a Mexican stop, which needs to be explained in advance with the driver of the local bus, otherwise it will not stop.

LLuke CaddayeMiddle of the island best for independent travellers who can work the €2 bus network. Quad bikes and scooters available for rental. Bed and shower excellent. Small pool for refreshing afternoon dip. Supermarket 3 minute walk. Super helpful hotel staff. We would highly recommend.
RReeny on the GoPerfectly located away from the droves of other hotels and in the idyllic hills with wondrous panoramic sea views. The architecture and decor are unapologetically clean and modern combined with the flair of the Greek islands.
The hostess was warm and accommodating—even texting during the stay and asking for my breakfast requests each morning.
The private pool to my suite was the perfect addition to my stay considering I was a solo traveler who did not want to have to venture to the beach just for a quick dip. I’m sure it would be the perfect destination for couples looking for a romantic getaway. A hidden gem for sure—I hope to return on my next trip to Santorini.
GGuest UserAmazing stay

HHannah IreneEverything was nice except apparently trip.com didn't pass on our contact information to the owners. Upon arriving at the hotel, there is no reception to check in. I guess the management expects travelers to have cellular data to contact them to be told instructions the moment you arrive. Luckily my boyfriend had International data, I did not. They then gave us a code to be let inside the unit. The place is nice. They texted at 10:25pm. ” what time we will check out” .. we were asleep already and then suddenly the smart TV turned on by itself at 10:50pm which woke us up. It was being paused and played. It was creepy and seemed to be controlled by someone else who has access to the smart TV. Not sure if it was to wake us up to get our attention to respond to the text message of what time are we leaving or what. Just odd. Other than that the unit is good
YYANThe breakfast was very good, but the western breakfast was cold, but it was hot to serve coffee and tea. The hotel's pick-up service is for a fee of 12 euros for one person, but it is still recommended, as there is no rental at the airport unless you rent a car. By the way, there is no parking place for the hotel. There is no bathtub in the room, and there is a place for bathing outside, which is hot water. Private in general, can be seen around the next door, remember to bring a swimsuit, the island is very expensive to buy.
VVeronica FrimpongThe hotel is located very close to the airport and you can get a bus from the airport to the hotel upon arrival.
1. There is a bus stop just 20 seconds walk from the hotel.
2. Traveling to Fira is just 10 minutes on the bus and it costs €2 per person each way. You can get a bus to all the other islands from Fira for the same fare.
3. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel and supermarket where you can get everything you need.
4. The hotel is very very clean, the rooms get cleaned every day by the friendly hardworking staff.
5. The breakfast is very nice.
6. The pool gets cleaned every day
7. The staff members are super hard-working and super friendly and extremely supportive.
8. My birthday was the day after my arrival and I got the best birthday cake with a birthday song in the Greek language which was so beautiful.
The owner is very humble, and respectful and speaks fluent English and French.
I will recommend this hotel to everyone. It is suitable for families, couples, groups etc.
My flight was in the night and the owner gave me an office to keep our baggage and provided towels for us if we needed to have a shower.
I will surely come back to such a beautiful hotel.
GGuest UserWe arrived earlier in the day & asked if we could do early check in. We were told that the room we have booked isn’t available early, so we could upgrade to another room & get early check in option. We agreed. When we checked in the room didn’t look like any upgrade, as it was pretty basic. Also, if these are how most of the rooms are, they aren’t great. The room had a stair to go ‘up’ where a tiny bed was places, and the ceiling was so low that even a 5-foot height tiny person like me would bump her head. The stairs aren’t too safe, so if you have to walk down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom below the bed area, you better be fully awake & cautious if your steps.
Shower didn’t work properly with hot/cold water. I couldn’t wash my hair, had to quickly get out of the shower.
I would have preferred, if they just told us there was an extra charge for early check in.
In case I’m wrong, and this room was indeed an ‘upgrade’ then I don’t know what the basic room will be. Can’t imagine what would be even lesser. Maybe no window / balcony.
The swimming pool was closed, probably because it was still cold when we went.
The property looks nice though, it’s just 10 mins taxi ride from the city square. The rooms have a balcony & peaceful view as there aren’t too many buildings around.
It’s quite & clean. Just that the rooms are too basic & the tiny bed in tiny space was uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. It was claustrophobic for me. Couldn’t sleep well, couldn’t bathe well. But I did enjoy sitting in the balcony & sipping my tea in peace.
GGuest UserThe location is relatively remote, but the room type is very unique. There are few European hotels that provide disposable slippers and a full set of toiletries. If you are traveling by car, this hotel is good value for money.
