It was very practical to make the reservation, which in this case was for the same day. At the reception, it took time to identify my volcher, which created a certain embarrassment. But as soon as they were able to identify I was super well treated. I had already stayed there other times. And I like when discounts appear, being able to stay in a place with the resources I need for a fair price.

At check-in, the service was rushed without carefully explaining how the hotel works. The room was pleasant, although small, the bed linen was dirty (some laundry problem I believe), the TV control was broken. Despite the problems, staff responded quickly to requests. Breakfast had to be booked in advance.

The room is a good size and the bathroom is functional. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of variety. The door to my room was broken, it was difficult to close. And I didn't like the location.

The rooms are too small and very inconvenient. It's like a high school. It's a three-person room, and the extra meteorite is very small with a wall hanger. The room is small and you can't walk around. But the service response is great.

The hotel was very well located, but very bad service, I stayed 3 nights and did not even exchange the towels of the room.

I like the hotel very much, but they need better maintenance. The first room was cold floor and the window did not open, I exchanged. 2nd room I think the bed was broken, but I was tired and I stayed; I spent a night clearly because of the grudge of guests who were even playing balls in the corridor. Third, peace. I'll come back, but I'll get the right room. The team is very careful!
