Pullman properties in Sanya

This hotel was our transition hotel, chosen the day before our flight. Let's start with cleanliness: it was average. The hotel seems to be a bit old, but the lobby has a charming decor, and the public areas are quite nice. However, the rooms themselves were a bit disappointing. We booked a deluxe sea-view room, and we're grateful to our butler, Solitude, for upgrading our room type. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the sea view was very beautiful. He also contacted us in advance to put the beds together and install bed rails for the kids. But as soon as we opened the door, there was an indescribable smell, perhaps the notorious musty smell, which hit us immediately. Logically, a sea-view room shouldn't have this problem; it only got a bit better after we opened the balcony door. The interior decoration is old, with issues like peeling paint, peeling wallpaper, and mildew. However, the balcony is great; we could dry clothes there and enjoy the sea view, which made us feel quite happy. But I hope the cleaning staff could be more diligent. We found a fruit pit on the carpet that a previous guest had spit out, and the takeout trash left by guests next to the elevator the night before was still there even as we were checking out the next day. Since we checked in in the afternoon and had to fly out the next day, we didn't get to experience many of the hotel's amenities, so I can't give more feedback on those. For example, for the parent-child activities, we only took our child to the playground, and they had a lot of fun. In the evening, after returning from the night market, we saw cocktails available and ordered two. The prices were reasonable, unlike MGM, where they overcharge and won't even give you a seat if you don't spend. We sat in the lobby, listening to the live band, and felt very pleasant. Overall, because the hotel has been around for a long time, the room facilities are quite old, but the scenery is beautiful, the public areas are good, and it offers good value for money. Finally, thank you to my butler for the two little bears; my child loved them.

Achieved 'private pool freedom' in Yalong Bay, and the Thai-style villa was absolutely stunning! Coming to Sanya, staying in a villa is a must! This time, I stayed in the Pullman's Thai-style Deluxe Pool Villa, and it completely exceeded my expectations! 🏡Ambiance: As soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the massive private pool. It's a truly private, standalone space, surrounded by lush greenery, giving off a strong Southeast Asian resort vibe. It's fantastic for photos! Getting to the beach requires walking through the Marriott's side for a few hundred meters. The water in Yalong Bay is truly crystal clear. 🏊♂️Facilities: The villa space is very generous, and the wet/dry separation is excellent. The bathtub is right by the window, so you can enjoy the view while bathing. The private pool water was very clean, and it was incredibly comfortable to play in the water this season. I spent a whole day in the water and didn't want to get out. 🍽️Dining & Service: The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted good. The butler service was very thoughtful; any issues during my stay were responded to quickly, and they even helped arrange buggy transfers. 🌟Summary: Although I booked using a voucher, the service was absolutely not compromised. If you're looking for a quiet, private getaway where you can fully enjoy swimming, Pullman Yalong Bay is definitely the top choice. The experience was absolutely perfect!
